Move Resize Handles, so that they stay on screen
Picture the following scenario: You have a very large object and a very small one. You want to resize the large object with some relation to the smaller object, which requires you to zoom in. However now that you have zoomed in, the handles for your larger object are off-screen.
It would be nice if you could either, resize an object using the entire edge as a handle, or just make the handles move along the edge so that they are always on screen, even when zooming in.
to illustrate my problem I have attached a screenshot with an indication for where your screen area might be when zoomed in, showing that handles are off-screen.

From my experience In a UI design it's much more common to scale elements only vertically/horizontally then in such an app as Photoshop. Thats why the thin objects such as dividers are having only horisontal scaling while zoomed out. Well done XD!
But i'm afraid it not always work as intended. I would like to be able to hirisonally/vertically scale all objects with the mouse, such as toolbars etc without need to zoom in and out.
Observed: horizontal vertical scaling not possible if the controls are too small to display but not collapsed alltogether.
Expected: mouse pointer turns into a horisontal scrolling and allows the action in the middle of thin layers even if the bounding box controls are too close to display. Maybe also a shortcut do display only horisontal vertical scaling controls.
Example: Scale the toolbar and a divider below.

I would love that! Also for Repeat Grids.
