Also it would be usefull to have an option to show/hide the grid on the exported pages (online) so developers can see how the UI-elements are arranged and aligned to the grid.

Please allow showing grid layout when sharing for development. Really surprised and disappointed this isn't already an option.

This feature would make it much easier to communicate designs to deveolopers.

The absence of this feature makes this software significantly less worthwhile and alternatives much more attractive :(

A trick:
You can draw the rectangles by hand with the same color and opacity of the grid!

Export artboards with grid/column lines.
It would be useful if we could export artboards as pdf with the layout option selected.
