Please can we get this feature for all document assets.. files are sooo laborious to maintain compared to illustrator (select all on artboard toggle feature) and InDesign select all unused swatches.

Locating and deleting unused assets would definitely be a great addition to the features.

Especially when using another project or a UI kit as a template, there will be lots and lots of symbols / components / character styles / colors in the assets menu that need to be deleted!

I often end up having a very bloated asset/component library.

Deleting unused symbols would help a lot.

I waste so much time having to hover over each component trying to find out whether its being used. We definitely need a way to search for unused assets. If we can search for them it will be easy to highlight them all and delete them in one hit.

Hovering is not an efficient way of solving the issue of many unused or orphaned components and elements etc..

Also, a function along these lines: If any given component registers no instances used on canvas, have the option to delete it and thus reduce asset clutter. When dealing with dozens of artboards and prototypes, the asset clutter becomes barely manageable.

FYI, If you hover mouse over symbol in assets panel, the tooltip shows how many instances are in the document.

This would be extremely helpful!!!! Often I use existing files to build new stuff and this would be a great way to do house keeping
