I don't know if this comment belongs here, but you could also make it so comments in the published clickthroughs are also visible and creatable in XD. Figma apparently does this and I have wanted to do this many times. Instead of flipping back and forth between XD and the browser.

Please improve your co/editor function. It should be allowed to update prototype and edit when someone is invited in the file. At lease this is important for a team with time gap.

Agree! See Figma. They fores to to start the file in cloud and make the co-edit function easier. Yours are local file as priority. See the difference?

See figma, super easy you start with the team setup, and from there your have all your projects..... this instead of "personal" cloud documents that you can share. (what if your designer consultant leaves the company??)

OMG this is needed so badly. Today everyone publishes their own versions of prototypes and specs when sharing this with developer or others outside of the group it becomes a nightmare of managing URLs outside of XD

The easiest way, I believe, to accomplish this without changing how CC team storage space works is to simply update the published item under your work on the web with the ID/name of show published the prototype and include all all prototypes shared with you.

ideally this action would be accomplished from the app without the need to navigate to the web. And it should be an option that any prototype published is automatically shared with the "team" or a preselected group of people.

Not sure if this is the same, it would be great to have a way for developers to navigate all the shared design specs in one place, so we don't depend on the links. Similar to what Zeplin does: devs can access anytime and look for the specs they need without having to ask the designers for the specific link.

Would be great if it was possible to create a "master folder" type structure for prototypes & design specs.

I work at a company where we have many products that are all related (mobile app, iPhone app, Android app, iPad app, web apps etc), currently I'm managing these links in a spreadsheet.

So if the CEO, or anybody else, wants to quickly view a certain project, or perhaps demo it for investors, or clients, then we have to dig up this spreadsheet, find the correct link, and send it to him.

It would be far better if he could simply log on to his Adobe XD account where we have added him to our company group project, so he can view & comment on all prototypes.

Also far easier to hand things off to developers: simply tell them the name of the project and they can find it in their universal login - instead of having to send links back and forth 1000 times. If you create a new link, instead of updating, this would also automatically get added to this groups project, and nobody needs to send links around manually (like it was 1999 ;-)

When updating a prototype, add the ability to select from a list of prototypes you already have published to ensure you do not create multiples of the same project.

I am running into issues where XD/CC creates a new prototype for an existing project and I end up with multiples. This causes issues with the development team as well since they are working off of the prototypes I am sharing and the link they are referencing is now invalid and doesn't have the latest updates.
