I dont see where i can draw a guid to make sure items are pixel perfectly aligned.
We currently don’t have either rulers or guides, but you should upvote the two stories here:

To add a guide, hover your mouse just past the left or top edge of the artboard. A grey strip will appear and your cursor will change to arrows. Click and drag to create your guides (and make sure guides are eneabled in your view menu!)

Yes there are guides, but I cannot place it exactly where I want - it is skipping 6 pixels as if there is snapping turned on. Does the same thing on the UI Kit (Wireframes).
How do I turn snapping off?

you can get guides by shiftl+ dragging lines from the sides of artboard in adobe xd

Adobe is simply laughing at our faces... suppose it was too much useful for users, so they dropped off.

I agree with Edu comment. With the latest update, the draggable guides are not working anymore. Guess I'll go back to my high-tech sticky note on monitor solution.

Soooooooo... I've been working using XD for years, and I've used guides many times before (even this tutorial tells how to do that https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/artboards-grids.html).
Just now that I urgently need to align elements, the guides aren't there anymore. And surprisingly read these "We currently don’t have either rulers or guides,".
Is adobe gaslighting to make us doubt on our own sanity?

Please enable drag Guide from right side. Sometimes, I'm doing zoom-in and need quickly add guide from the board right side, but no option, need to zoom-out and drag from left side and then again zoom-in.

Please add global rulers also do XD. The artboard ruler is a nice to have, but often I also need global rulers. Also, I have alsways to zoom out or scroll to the top of the artboard to get a ruler and scroll back all the way down. This could be solves with a standard ruler on to the top and left of the the entire working platform and use a keyboard short cut to decide whether it is a global line or an artboard line. Right now it is very limiting and slowing down the performance!

If you ara working zoom in, there are no guidelines. And rules? This is clearly how to create a software you don't want to develop.

You can create guides by dragging the edges of your art boards from left to right, or top to bottom, adobe Xd have guides guys, we just need to explore the software more. God Bless!

You guys made Photoshop and Illustrator! Guidelines/rulers are a must! such a basic feature....I dont want to spend time drawing guidlines with line tool, I just need to quickly measure something is same highet or wahtever, can do it super easy in pretty much any SW - even your own SW! don't remove something everybody is using..
