Would like to request a feature for Adobe xd to create Lottie animations from Adobe xd itself like figma. It creat Lottie animations through frames with export to Lottie dialog from Lottie plugin.

Please can you set up a way to export XD files and import them to Figma for people to migrate from one tool to the other with no gap in service on projects and no re-build necessary.

Adobe requires 100,000,0000 votes to consider exporting to a universal format. Keep voting!

Just took on a major project from another agency who only work in Figma. We're all-in on the Adobe ecosystem, but we're relying on third party tools to convert.
This should be a native feature (just like Sketch > XD) if you want to adoption to XD from alternative tools.

Hey everyone, is it possible to convert Adobe xd file to Figma? right now the artboards get imported as images making it impossible for me to edit yet I would love to continue the project in Figma instead of adobe.

I mean saving might not be needed but opening files.

I would need this to move clients and teams from Figma to XD since lots of projects are in Figma these days and from Sketch stuff was easy to convert (and people too) but now stuff needs to stay in Figma since there is no export for it in XD.

I know Figma works differently: Supports multiple shadows, fills, has arcs, has inner shadows (all the stuff XD still needs) but a basic import to get things moving would be great.

Please add Export or Convert Figma file option.

Maybe this issue should be split up into two: one for import and one for export. Currently I would be helped a lot if i could import Figma files. For example the design resources from MS (Fluent) are a version ahead of the XD files at their site.

Figma > Sketch > XD

In Figma
1. Save project or desired content as a SVG file.

In Sketch
2. Open SVG file.
3. Copy desired content.

In XD
4. Paste desired content.
