[Windows] Import SVG
I just started a new real design project with XD but I noticed that I can't import any vector. Is this a bug or missing feature? I tried coping from photoshop, illustrator, using the import function and draging from windows explorer, but nothing works.
You can now import SVG in the January release of Adobe XD (Beta)! Please download and check it out!

Great, I'd love to acces this feature by code in my plugin.
something like: SVGtoXD(svgString) -

Downloaded latest version, every SVG file I've tried to import either flat out doesn't work (shows 'Copy' text while I'm dragging in but then nothing happens upon releasing) or gives me an error message.

Thank you, the svg import is so helpful. BUT since I've updated to the January release, the program quits unexpectedly the whole time. Even when I click on save. :( Very frustrating.

Bam! Passing images around as SVG makes our workflow SO much simpler. Anyone can open the image, in the application of their choice.

When I'm trying to import files the only extensions that appear are .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif and, .txt. I need to import a .SVG... Any ideas?

If you are familiar with the command line and a little bit of Python, I wrote a little script to accomplish this task. It is a bit of a hack but it should do the job while the good folks at Adobe make the Windows version of XD more feature-rich.
