Rectangular tool and info tool

Have any ability to add rectangular tool and info tool like photoshop it's very helpful tools for web design.

Sorry It was not clear, I mean rectangular marquee tool this help to make rectangula faster, And you can get info tool in 'window > info ' or press F8.
