Organize shared prototypes and design specs
I am sharing prototypes from different projects. This feature is highly appreciated in the team. I would appreciate a possibility to organise my collection: group prototypes (create folders?), have different view options (tiles, lists?) and sort by date (to see most recent updates?).
The problem is that Prototype section is getting very messy: all prototypes land in Prototypes section, titles are truncated, there is no certain order to them, I have no control on grouping or display. many prototypes tiles in the view start with the same name and page, so I have trouble to find what I am looking for.
We announced CC Spaces in XD today at Adobe MAX! In a space, all invitees of a prototype or design spec will see the container with some context as to what the initiative is. More details to come!

This is very important to find in the files.
The way it is today is very laborious, it takes time to find the shared files.
As a complement, I suggest adding the avatar of the folder owner next to it. My team already had problems changing the wrong file, because the name was similar, but the owner of the file was different.

So when I open "Manage Links.." and it shows all the XD previews I have created; I'd like to be able to group these links into folders to save me hunting around. I.e App_project1_XD goes into App folder or specific campaign folders or etc.
It'd also be quite nice to share these link folders and previews saved with (e.g. Share all X clients' work with a new member of the team OR preview links for X website to dev etc.)

For companies that are building lots of prototypes for testing, reviewing and developer handoff. We desperately need more tools to organize our Shared Prototypes. Similar to InVision. We need to be able to create Folders to organize our prototypes.

This thread has been going on for 4 years and is providing me evidence to show why my company should move to different software. I can't believe there hasn't been a response to this issue.

Necessary to compete with Axure's axshare.

To bind project files/prototypes in folder structure.

One of the reasons my company is switching from Sketch/Zeplin is the commenting functionality provided by XD. We have plans to use multiple links to keep design feedback, developer handoff, and client feedback separate. Right now, we have to manually put all of these links in a Confluence document. Folder organization would really help with adoption of this program!

When I share a prototype or several prototypes focusing on one and the same course. I want to be able to create folders that group all the prototypes in one place.

Please implement this function, it is a great improvement to structure the own work!

This is a major blocker for my company in using this app. There is no way for anyone to see all the previously published links nor the ability to organize them by project. Even if there was a hack or plug in to export the shared link list to a google doc would be helpful.
Right now the stake holders in any given project have to track down a slack message with the link. This makes this entire app basically useless and would force me to go back to the world of sketch + invision or zepplin. Any advice or hacks or plugins in the meantime would be greatly appreciated!

It would be great, if we could share whole folders (or folder structures) with clients.
I work with different clients, each with multiple team members. Currently, I have to send Edit Invites to several people for every single XD File, Reviewer and Dev Documentation. This is both time consuming and error prone.- Client X Folder (<- Share this with a@client.com, b@client.com, ...)
--- Project A Folder
----- Prototype 1
----- Prototype 2--- Project B Folder
----- Prototype I
----- Prototype II- Client Y Folder

I believe Folders have been suggested already but I would like to see a folder 'instance' where the user can define which prototypes belong in that instance and then share one link to the entire folder.
- The idea is that one prototype can belong in multiple different folder instances.
- The user doesn't have to share a link for each prototype, but a single link for the whole folder. (This is especially annoying for larger projects.)
- Helps the user stay organized. -

Please, please, please add this!!

I would also add an "Archived Projects" folder in there, where we could store older projects without deleting them, and their links would remain active.

As a former Zeplin user, our team (mobile development) was able to create a master project and show all associated screens with that project. Tagging is implemented to allow the developers to jump between screens and features easily. This works much better for us because the developers can continue to use the same URL to view any and all designs and specs for a product. As designs are added, they are tagged and easy to find all in one place. With XD, we need to continuously generate new links every time we create a new design. Having a master project with tags and grouping would make our life so much better!

I need to organize the published links in folder, if you have multiple project it's impossible to find the right one quickly.

Definitely,
All prototypes are on the same level: customers view, technical view, design versions, etc.
This becomes a real mess! This only feature would make of XD and assets.adobe the best workflow without using any other application like Invision for instance.
Hope Adobe will consider this as an essential feature!
Thanks in advance… and vote people !!
