Snap objects to artboard scrolling/viewport fold line
I would love to have objects snap to the fold line. Currently i'm moving my footer around a lot because we don't have any sticky footers (yet?) and I always need to zoom in to make sure its on the actual fold line.
Or whenever I resize my canvas back to the actual height of the fold line I need to either enter the height or make sure I drag it to the pixel perfect location.

It would also be good with the artboards if I could adjust the height of the artboard from the top. Currently the top of the artboard is fixed so if you increase the height from the top, the content just comes along for the ride. Instead it would be good if acted just like the bottom of the artboard and it created new artboard space.

Since we finally got fixed position for objects (THANK YOU ADOBE XD TEAM!) it would make even more sense to let objects snap to the bottom line of the viewport. A little feature that would save a significant amount of time.
