Turn off resizing/rotation handles when zoomed out or object is very small
When working wth any item, there is a scale/rotate/selection box around them. However, when zoomed out, and especially on small objects, you end up scaling/rotating, instead of selecting/moving the item.
It would be nice to have the scale/rotate options automatically turn off, when you are "zoomed out X amount." That is, you are probably moving the item around the screen or looking at things, etc, and not trying to scale/rotate that object, especially the small objects.

As we haven’t heard a response to our query from a couple of years ago on this ticket, I’m closing this suggestion as inactive. Please feel free to file this again if it’s still an issue.

Hello, I do not remember seeing the first admin response, or receiving a notification/email about it, but it does not appear to hide the handles as described at this time. I also do not see an option here to upload images, but I will if I find the option.
