Carousel / Side-scroll / Horizontal Scroll
Ability to create and customise content carousels or slideshow type scrollable areas.
Currently there is a "scroll" feature in build, but it seems to be about page scroll and up/down scrollable areas.
Hi everyone,
I’m excited to announce that with XD 30 we’ve added support for Scroll Groups. Try it out and please let us know your feedback.

Hello!
I think what a lot of people are demanding is not just a group scrolling option. Instead, It is able to see the line mark and show the option of horizontal page scrolling. So doing so, the designer can apply the new trend in web design easily without making a group and applying scrolling.
Additionally, it will be great to add a checkbox with the title 'multiple pages' and show different marks related to the current size of the page (first) showing in the document extended. If you also add the possibility of moving down one of the lines and the consecutive too, it will be great.

Will there any option to do a horizontal scroll by setting this option in the Layers-Option-Panel? I would love to see that we could scroll in a normal manner (downwards upwards) but the side will go sideways as it is on so many good designed and modern websites at the moment. You always have to slide sideways with the mouse with scrollgroups, which is fine but not for a whole horizontal scroll website! Please add this feature! :)

How can you mark this feature as completed if it does not work on Windows? I mean horizontal scrolling. It's great that you mentioned about the limitation:"use the trackpad to check horizontal scroll effects." But come on - trackpad!? is this feature for laptops only? How will I tell this to a client? Don't use mouse for scroll? Buy yourself a separate trackpad if you use regular PC.
Why are Windows users are in no priority? The same thing with live preview on android devices.

It looks like carousel/horizontal scrolling works only on mobile preview or desktop devices with touch screen. But I think it should also work on desktop preview. Also making scrollbars work could be useful

This feature is great, but I'm also disappointed that press and drag is not working for prototyping with a mouse. Is this because it was too complex to introduce with the 'drag' auto animate function? I'll only be able to use a trackpad present this feature outside of device testing.

Is horizontal scrolling via two buttons (clicking on an arrow left and an arrow right) possible? If not can you add this in the future?

"horizontal scrolling" and "horizontal and vertical scrolling" not working (on Windows)? How to use? You always show your working demos on a Mac!

Horizontal scrolling doesn't seem to work with a mouse. Not with the scroll wheel and not with dragging. I hope you can update the functionality soon.

How do you view the horizontal scroll without a trackpad? Using a standard mouse doesnt seem to work.

Thank you for this feature. I would like to be able to tie a different layer's interaction to trigger Scroll To inside of the scroll group, similar to the current implementation of Scroll To.
Also, to tap into the carousel part of this suggestion, I'd say that scroll snapping to certain offsets or objects would be helpful in upping the fidelity.

Can the scrolling feature be triggered by clicking a component (like an arrow next to a carousel)?

Nice addition thank you Dan, when do you think we can get bulleted lists?

Any idea when we can expect both vertical scrolling and horizontal drag in the same artboard? Use case: prototype an off canvas menu along with page scroll.

A suggestion to do this is to allow component states to be switch by "Drag" interaction. Doing that might help this request and solve many other problems

Absolutely crazy that multiple scrollable areas are not available. This is a must need feature.
