Import from Adobe Edge Animate (OAM) for animation design

Support for .oam would mean that tricky interactive elements and animations could be built with other tools including InDesign, Edge Animate or Tumult's Hype.

    Now that Muse is going away, maybe is a good idea to bring OAM to XD so we can create animated capsules from Adobe Animate of animations, the same way we do in Muse.

    Allow XD to import OAM file which can be created and exported from Animate CC and Adobe Edge Animate. They can add interactivity and ability to include animation into XD project.
