It’s really difficult for us to aggregate these multiple-feature requests. Please do file these as separate issues in UserVoice so that we can catch your vote!
BTW, the toggle between design and prototype is already in the product: Ctrl-Tab.

there is a small tool I built for myself, It will give you some of these shortcuts

Shortcut for toggling Design/Prototype already exists: Control-Tab
Shortcut for swapping fill/border does not exist yet -- do you mind if we modify the description here so it covers just that one missing piece?
