Pixel Preview
A quick toggle for pixel preview would be much appreciated. Just like the one in Adobe Illustrator.

It is astounding how Adobe dropped the ball on XD, practically all designers I know abandoned it over the last year because of basic missing features like pixel preview and a dark themed UI option.
Since XD is part of a subscription together with still heavily used tools like Illustrator/Photoshop Adobe probably does not even notice a financial impact of the exodus of UI/UX designers to other tools. -

Astounding this is not in XD already. It's so essential for any UI design. The way Figma does it as shown by Oleg below is perfect. http://take.ms/FFznX

Currently working on a 160 by 240 low-resolution doted LCD UI design for a bike-riding navigation gadget, I was unable to use Adobe XD because Pixel Preview is not available (I need Bitmap fonts with perfect pixel alignment). And Photoshop or Illustrator is not designed for UI design. So for this project and turn to Figma. I have to say, after trying out Figma, I have a hard time going back to Adobe XD. I could like to see Pixel Preview be available. But since Figma is a much better tool, I question why I still use XD. People looking for this feature try Figma is a much better experience.

I've been frustrated working with XD (client requirement) and everytime I want to learn something by looking up that function on Google, I ended up find it in uservoice. EVERY. GOD. DAMN. CORE. FUNCTIONS. Why? Don't be different and don't be outstanding. We just need it to work!
The first day I found out that XD doesn't have ruler, I though it was okay but this is unacceptable. -

I don't know why this ticket gets so less vote, this is such an important feature for graphic designers!! I still reply to Adobe Illustrator to do icon design is only because XD doesn't have this feature.

Being able to switch between vector/pixel view is a very basic need and cannot think of a reason why XD does not have that feature! Fixing this would be very much appreciated! Its a matter of deciding whether wait for this to be fixed or switch to Mac for Sketch! Frustrating ...!

I would like to be able to zoom in and see the pixels as in AI Veiw>Pixel Preview. When designing icons that are dependent on the pixel grid I would like to be able to see what I am working with.

PS has a great feature:
It automatically displays 1px-grid when the zoom reaches 500%.
This is very useful for designing icons.I suggest to add the same feature into XD.

Very needed feature!
Have a look how it's done in Figma: http://take.ms/FFznX

Pixels - They exist in Illustrator why can I find them in XD? A Simple pixel preview would work - makes it easier to create perfect icons (zoom in and design, pixel by pixel). Align to pixels is okay, but it's not entirely in my control and that really is most of the reason why I choose Adobe over other products - complete control.

This is a basic must-have feature for XD (just like rulers & guides), something that Sketch has. Its incredibly useful for fitting & adjusting icons to snap to the pixel grid. I don't know how long we will wait to get these features :(

If people take iconography design serious, you know how important pixel fitting your vector icons are. Designers rely on having a Pixel Preview/Grid view to make sure your icons are being fitted to the pixel grid.

@Rachel, while that's also a nice feature, it's still too optimistic in that it still doesn't show the actual pixel rendering.
So yes, being able to switch between vector/pixel view would be highly appreciated!

Is it possible to see the artboard pixels when zooming, like it happends in Sketch?
