Not Useful
This tool is impractical at best and at the moment completely useless in a production environment. There is no right-click menu (efficiency/productivity). If the design is approved, there is no way for the developer to pull out specific assets (and not way to pull the layout into another ADOBE program in order to package assets for dev. There is no interoperability between adobe products. If the design gets approved, anything completed in this app must be completely abandoned and redesigned from scratch in another program (sketch, illustrator, Photoshop). WE don't have time to do the work twice. No thought of end-to-end workflow in a professional UI design/dev environment has gone into the development of this product. I understand that the strategy was to make the minimal and easy to use, but the execution is impractical and unusable. Great idea, poor execution. Hopefully your new app iteration strategy will correct these problems quickly, but I won't be back for while. I have too much to do!
I’m sorry you weren’t happy with our first beta, but rest assured, we’re addressing many of these issues on a monthly basis. Our intent on releasing early was not to bring a fully-fledged product into market, but to provide people who are interested in giving feedback an opportunity to see an early version of the product.
I do hope you’ll come back and reevaluate once we reach 1.0.

This is my issue too. At the moment all I can do is create pretty things, I can't pass a file off to a dev to code. Sure I can export assets for iOS and Android, but I can't pass off a file that shows measurements, colour, px sizing etc. Until XD does this, then XD is not something I can introduce into our workflow. The corporation where I work have been excitedly waiting knowing that I've been lucky enough to be a beta tester for Comet, but until it truly competes equally with Sketch, well... (I'm sure the Adobe team are working hard, there's the expectation of something great, its getting better band the team have been responding well to feedback, but it's too early yet)

I also feel that there is too much not in it to be able to start using it right away. I have been waiting for adobe to get this app out rather than switch to sketch with the learning curve involved and all the plug ins to manage on that – but I don't think I can switch from PS yet. I've tried illustrator and indesign for web but there is always something that doesn't feel right in those two – for example it's either the measurements (72ppi) in illustrator or the lack of flexible layers/blending in indesign.

Although it would be good to be able to export to a layered PSD

You can export all the individual elements
