Sharing Prototype in a closed network
Currently your sharing prototypes via the internet. What happens to people that work in a location without access to the internet but have an internal network (example: Military personnel). Is there a way or a possibility to share the prototype with all the interaction as a pdf or other type of file extension?
This functionality is now available for a limited set of customers using Creative Cloud for Enterprise. While offline publication is available, current and future sharing and collaboration features will be restricted. The full product functionality and experience in XD is available only when XD uses Creative Cloud services. If you have additional questions, please reach out to your Adobe account team for more information!

unbelievable that this hasn't been resolved yet. There are huge ramifications of not giving the option for companies to securely store their designs off of a public cloud. I can't believe this basic request hasn't been resolved yet and the ticket has been open for 2+ years. Adobe, this is unacceptable for teams with corporate licenses!

Our IT blocked the option to upload to adobe cloud, we need both local publish and local design-spec ASAP

have a not internet dependent version, especially for enterprise licenses.
I work at an office with restrictions of internet connection, and unfortunately can't use Adobe xd because of that. I wish you would have an Offline version. -

An offline version of it is what we all need. I'm sure it could be converted to an iPhone app fairly easy. so PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN ADOBE..... proto types that can be sent in an email and opened with a mobile device without a cloud connection. its the best way to test it without publishing it.

Adding my voice to the number of people who need this function. I would like to use this to share prototypes with Patreon followers and I'm going to guess you don't want the CC sharing feature to include thousands of people viewing a prototype every time I post an update.

We need a way to publish prototypes that are not hosted on CC.
For many enterprise organization there are security ramifications of storing prototypes in the cloud-based service.
There needs to be a means to publish an offline copy of a prototype which does not involve having to create share links. Password-protecting links is not a viable alternative as there are security holes with that in and of itself.
I would seriously love to evangelize the use of this tool at my organization, but until an offline publish feature is available, it's just not viable. We'd be better prototyping in Flash/Animate at this rate.

"FEATURE-UNDER-REVIEW · July 12, 2016" ?
Any feedback on this Adobe? This is a BIG thing, as legally, we too are unable to store our content on your Cloud servers.
Under review - July 2016 gives the impression you are not going to release this anytime soon, which is a shame as XD is a great lightweight, quick prototyping tool.
It means we'll likely have to look elsewhere for our UX prototyping tools.

Would also be very interested in any update regarding this. We are a UX design service provider keen on using Adobe XD, especially with the design spec currently in development. As ****** pointed out, the lack of closed network support also impacts this feature.
Due to confidentiality agreements, storing our clients data and corresponding work results in a cloud system is not possible.

What is the status of this item ? Would like to licence XD but also need a way to share an interactive version in a secure local network !

Exactly I have the same problem with the network restriction inside my company, so I can't publish prototypes directly from XD. So it would be nice if I can upload my XD file to the cloud and publish prototypes directly from it

This limitation is huge for the company that I work for. It was also what prevented the team from using it when working on projects that I've had in the past. Sketch or Illustrator are the alternatives, but would prefer to do everything in xd.

This is a must have for companies and clients that are dealing with sensitive information. Without this feature we cannot use XD!

We're looking at using sketch instead at a company of 30000 employees because of this limitation

Please fix this issue immediately. It's impossible to work save without the possibility to share an offline prototype... this is really messy. Even Sketch can offer this feature via Mitya.com...

Didn't realize this feature wasn't available; will be pulling a dozen+ licenses if not resolved soon.

Please let us know how far you are working on this request. Using an interactive Prototype offline in mandatory for our government customers.
Thank you in advance!

I need local functionality. This needs to be fixed

This is also a real issue for me and my government customer. I hope Adobe comes up with a fix because I love the utility of XD. For now I just have to do demos on my computer in person.

Working on government projects, this is a must have for security, otherwise can't use

it seems, that we are in future not allowed to us XD anymore, if we are not able to publish internal or on an own FTP server :( - would be great, if this would be added soon!
