    Hi Lalita,

    We updated both versions on each computer to:

    Computer A: Version | Creative Cloud Sync:
    Computer B: Version | Creative Cloud Sync:

    A new link was generated for sharing as well. When I went to open up the file, it loaded 3/4 full but then crashed, producing a "Sorry, we can't open this document" error again.
