This is huge deal breaker for me. I've had this problem for 4 months now with no resolution. I've had Adobe look at my files and tell me everything is fine. I've got teams across the country waiting for my developer handoff to finally work. I've tried so many different suggestions and nothing works. I always get this 44:XX error. I've broken down my files into smaller files and published 10 artboards at a time, and while that seems to help, I've got 80 artboards, so maintenance is a pain. Basically I've traded one nightmare for another. Plus, the discontinuous prototypes leaves everyone scratching their heads as one prototype link ends and another link begins somewhere else.

Honestly, I'm just going to have to rebuild my whole project in another tool. It's sad because I've been loyal to Adobe for decades. I won a regional Creative Jam last year in both Judges and People's Choice categories using only XD. I really want to see XD succeed. But Figma is looking mighty fine right now.

I'm getting this issue on multiple files now. Without assets checked, the developer link is created just fine. With assets checked, I get error 44:XX (23, 74, etc). Definitely tried @dashanan's workaround without success. Only thing that seems to work is to break my files apart into smaller files with much fewer artboard, but then I loose all the connections between them in the prototype, plus it's a pain.

    Hello?

This has delayed development by a week now...

Hi! Any news on how I can share my file with you that doesn't make it public to anyone on this forum?

I'd love to send you my file, but I can't share it openly here on uservoice. Is there somewhere direct I can send it?

For weeks now, I can't update or even create a new share link for development without the progress ending with an error 44:63 or 44.23. I can definitely share for review, that's not a problem. I've read through many many of these uservoice posts and I've tried all the stuff at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html :

    1. Publishing from different computers causes the same issue.
    2. A new file with just a few artboards publishes just fine.
    3. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to review each of my artboards for "large boundary with content within" and bitmaps that exceed 8000 x 8000.

I've even tried publishing with the assets turned off. Nothing has helped so far.

Version: 19.1.22.6, Creative Cloud Sync 4.2.5.1

Steps to reproduce: Share for Development, any options.
    Expected result: Development link updated
Actual result: Error 44:63 or 44:23

    Hi,

Please try the below workaround whether it is resolving “create a new share for development link”

    1. Publish new link by uncheck “include assets”
    2. Once the link creation is successful, go ahead and check “include assets” (tick mark)
    3. Update the same link

    Regards,
    Muthukumar

Still having this problem with other files too. Today, a new file I started with only 235 assets wouldn't fully publish the development link. I'm even working on a completely new operating system. I got the 44:63 error after it sat on 100% for an hour.
