    Hi Steve,

    We need some more details to identify what the issue is.
    - Could you provide the steps to reproduce this issue?
    Also, when you are not able to get the file, are you able to access the network drive?
    - how are you trying to save the document?
    - Are you trying to save a cloud file or a local file?
    - What's the path you are specifying while saving the file?
    - could you try accessing the complete folder structure as you mentioned while saving the document?

    We tried to reproduce this, but we couldn't reproduce.
    Could you provide some more details so that we could identify
    - OS Version.
    - XD Version
    - Does this happen with all the file or a single file? If it happens only with one file, please share the file.
    - Is there any error message that is displayed when you try to select the network drive or when you save the file?
    - Which network drive are you saving the file?
    - Could you also attach a video of this?

    Hi Jan,

    Thank you for reporting this.
    If you are using RS5 or RS6 machine, this is a known issue and the fix would be available in the future releases.
    If you are using other machines then kindly revert with the following information
    - OS version.
    - XD version.
    - What happens when you open XD, do you see the XD welcome screen and then it disappears or nothing happens?
    - Could you specify the steps to reproduce?
    - It would also help if you get a video of the issue.

    Hi Vnz,

    Thank you for reverting.
    We tried to reproduce this issue with the same file that you shared on the same version of windows (1809), but we couldn't.

    Could you try after restarting both Windows and XD?
    Also please check if it happening in other applications?

    Could you provide some of the following information to identify this?
    - Which version of Windows? (You could use "winver" command)
    - XD Version?
    - Steps to reproduce (if any)
    - Does this happen always when you open XD or when you open any file? If it happens with a file, could you check if all the files are having the same UI? If it is a particular file, please share the file.
    - Have you set-up a dual monitor?

    We tried to reproduce this, but we couldn’t.
    We have a new build that is released, please try if it is working.

    If it doesn’t work, please provide the following information.
    - Undo and Redo doesn’t work in prototype mode or design mode or both?
    - Which version of Mac are you using?
    - It would also help if you could provide the steps to reproduce this along with a video.

    We use LICEcap to capture an animated gif, you could use either LICEcap or quick time player (pre-installed in Mac) to record a video.

    Thank you for reporting this. We are not able to reproduce this.
    Could you share the following information?
    1. Is this happening with all the component?
    2. XD version?
    3. OS version?
    4. Could you also share the file?
    5. Does the prototype link breaks on update of an attribute? If so, does this happen with all the attributes or a particular attribute?

    A video of this issue would help us identify what the issue is.

    We tried to reproduce this but we couldn't.

    Kindly check if the core sync is working in both the machines.
    In windows, you could check in task manager.
    In Mac, you could check in Activity manager.
    If you are still facing the same issue, we would want some information.
    - OS version of both the machines.
    - XD version of both the machines.
    - Core Sync version of both the machines (Open Creative Cloud > tap on the 3 dot menu next to the user icon > Tap on "Preferences" > Tap on "Creative Cloud" > Tap on "File".
    - Also, check if other files are working fine.

    You'll have to hold the "alt" button until the artboard is dragged and dropped to the destination.

    - You mentioned "icons". Are you trying to export just the icon or the entire artboard?
