@Sander The error indicates Adobe Sync is either out of date or not running correctly. Looks like you’ve got the latest version for AS.
Restarting your machine should do the trick. This help page has a few more steps to help (re-installing entire Creative Cloud is not one of them :) https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/issue-saving-xd-file-creative-cloud.html

After the most recent update, I keep getting error message 50 (no description at all) when trying to create a new file. Clicking OK results in the artboard being replaced with infinite white background. I tried closing the app several times and turning it back on again with no satisfying result. I can't proceed with work today, could you please help? Thank youAnonymous supported this idea ·
