    Hi Rian,

    I am also on Windows 10 and can see the icons properly.

    Can you please try to upgrade the graphic drivers and then restart your machine?

    It might resolve the issue for you. As it appears, no other user has reported this so it might be your machine specific.

    Hi,

    Sometimes, it takes time to load the home screen. If you wait for 20 sec, ideally home screen should populate all files. If that doesn't happen then the issue could be because of core sync not running properly. In that case below link would help

    Hi Holger,

    Could you please elaborate on how did you add second artboard?
    If you check XD toolbar on left side, there is an artboard options. Clicking on that will list all available artbords options from which you can choose.

    Please let us know if that is not the case with you. XD version and OS would help us investigating this. Do share that.

    Could you please confirm on below information
    1. Operating System?
    2. Are you able to drag image from browser or explorer to XD document? Basically want to know if you see problem in dragging to XD in every case or is just that symbol?
    3. Is it started happening recently?

    I see some name difference in cc library loaded in bridge and in XD. Just want to be sure that its same.

    To help clarify: What issue are you reporting?
    1. You don’t care for Cloud documents workflow
    2. When working with Cloud documents you notice performance slow downs
    3. When working with Cloud documents you see issues with the keyboard driven commands

    For No 1, you can still use XD to save files to your local drive as Lalita points out. For No 2-3 I’ll need more details to help determine what’s happening,
    - AdobeID
    - Geo location of where you’re accessing
    - XD + OS version

    Hi,

    You can also access local files from XD, either via welcome screen > Your computer or by using command <Ctrl + Shift + O> on Windows or <Cmd + Shift + O> on Mac.

    Usually loading time depends on content of the artboard. Does this file has huge image or some heavy content?

    Hi Eno,

    Which Win 10 version are you using? You can check that following below steps:
    1. Run Win + R
    2. Type "winver"
    3. Hit Enter
    Apart from that do you see that with single file or with all the files?
    Could you please share a gif which can demonstrate the issue?

    2. Assuming your internet connection is fine, do you see the problem every time? and with every file?

    Hi Sergey,

    Assuming you have XD version 13.1.32.8, Please confirm some more things so that we can find out the root cause
    1. Do you see the problem happening on any other Windows 10 1809 ?
    2. Did it start happening as soon as you upgraded windows 7 to WIndows 10?
    3. Are other applications working fine on your Windows?
    4. Looks like for you XD is crashing on launch, to debug that we would need crash dumps. Could you set up registries as mentioned in the below link

    Then launch XD and if it crashes, please share the logs with us.

    Could you help us with the steps so that we can recreate and then investigate the problem?
    Which Mac version you are in? and what is the XD version you are using?

    What did you do before pinch to zoom stopped working?

    These details would help in finding the root cause and then coming up with fix.
