      This issue has come up for other users and is usually due to issue with user login in Creative Cloud.

      Can you try the below steps? If these don't fix your problem, please comment further so we can see what's going on.

      Steps:
      1. Quit Adobe XD.
      2. Run the Adobe Creative Cloud app from your Applications folder (or click on the Creative Cloud icon in your menubar if it’s already running).
      3. Click the user avatar and click “Sign Out” button.
      4. Completely exit Creative Cloud app (on Windows, exit app and use Task Manager for remaining. on Mac, cmd+atl+Q)
      5. Re-launch Creative Cloud app and sign back in.
      6. Restart Adobe XD and try sharing ain.

        Hello:

        Usually that error appears when user is on an IT managed system with Creative Cloud storage disabled.
        It can also occur if there is some issue with network connectivity.

        Some things to try:
        - Exit/re-open XD
        - Restart your system
        - Turn off/on your WiFi or disconnect and re-connect network cable

        Comment further if you continue to experience issues.

          Can you try the following? Select the text object (meaning, single click on the text to select with bounding box, not have the text highlighted), then copy/paste. This should keep the style and colors you've applied.

              Are you able to create new or open other files in XD Mac? You can try the XD Tutorial which is linked from the weclome screen.

              I was able to open the file you include in this post. Has the license for your copy of Adobe XD Mac expired? It currently has a 7-day trial period.

                Hello Libbie:

                Can you tell me a bit more about the files your working with? Specifically looking for details on where you create them, how are they saved and type of files they are (svg, tiff, etc).

                Curious if you've have access to the original asset. If so, do you see same issue when importing into XD?

                      Greetings:

                      Adobe XD requires an active login to Creative Cloud application. If you're still facing this issue after CC login, I suggest the following:
                      1. Exit XD & force quit CC app by selecting cmd+alt+q
                      2. Launch CC log in
                      3. Open XD
                      or
                      1. Restart computer
                      2. Launch CC app, login
                      3. Open XD

                      If the issue persists, reach out!
