        Thanks for your updates! The team is hard at work on improvements and updates to this feature.

        It would help a lot to have a copy of the Sketch file for investigation.
        If not that, a detailed description of the file contents to help determine where things are going wrong.

          Greetings Folks!

          Checking in to see if you’re still seeing this issue? We’ve not been able to reproduce in-house and having a tough time narrowing down root cause.

          If you are still seeing this problem, it would help bunches to have the following details:
          - XD version
          - OS version
          - Font name and if purchased, where
          - Are you using any font managers?

          Also, some logs to help highlight more details that hopefully will give us a better idea of where things are going wrong.

          - Mac/Win
          Creative Cloud logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

          - Mac
          Open Terminal and enter the following:
          log show —predicate ‘processImagePath CONTAINS “Adobe XD”’ —last 3h >xd-log.txt

          This generates a file “xd-log.txt” in the curent directory, which users can send to us. Can change “3h” to a longer time window (like “1d”).

          - Win

            What version of XD are you working with? Does it happen with all layers or certain types of elements (shape, path, group or symbol).

            Could this be a GPU related issue? To rule out, you can update your GPU drivers and try the steps again.

            Does exit and restart of XD or your system resolve the issue?
            Do post further with insights or further questions.

                  This issue has come up for other users and is usually due to issue with user login in Creative Cloud.

                  Steps:
                  1. Quit Adobe XD.
                  2. Run the Adobe Creative Cloud app from your Applications folder (or click on the Creative Cloud icon in your menubar if it’s already running).
                  3. Click the user avatar and click “Sign Out” button.
                  4. Completely exit Creative Cloud app (on Windows, exit app and use Task Manager for remaining. on Mac, cmd+atl+Q)
                  5. Re-launch Creative Cloud app and sign back in.
                  6. Restart Adobe XD and try sharing ain.

                      Hello:

                      Usually that error appears when user is on an IT managed system with Creative Cloud storage disabled.
                      It can also occur if there is some issue with network connectivity.

                      Some things to try:
                      - Exit/re-open XD
                      - Restart your system
                      - Turn off/on your WiFi or disconnect and re-connect network cable

                      Comment further if you continue to experience issues.

                        Can you try the following? Select the text object (meaning, single click on the text to select with bounding box, not have the text highlighted), then copy/paste. This should keep the style and colors you've applied.

                          Greetings:

                          Question - do you happen to have some of your artboards wired for interaction? If so, only those which are wired will appear when publishing Design Specs (as well as Prototypes).

                          XD decides which artboards to upload as follows:

                          - If none of the artboards are connected with wires, ALL artboards will be uploaded.

                          - If one more more artboards are connected, XD uploads only those artboards that are connected to the home artboard.

                          In your example, I suspect that you are only getting a subset of your artboards because they aren't all connected to the flow from the home artboard. You can address this by adding more wires, or removing them all.

                          If this doesn't solve your problem, please comment here and we can explore further.

                              I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. It sounds like the disk errors you experienced have corrupted your XD file. It sounds like you found the following post with the proposed solution of working with an XD temporary file https://forums.adobe.com/message/9656042#9656042 Was there no temp file? Or did opening this file also result in an error.

                              Unfortunately, once the file is in a state that results in Error 47 there is no method to recover.
                              Do you have a backup of this file that was saved on another drive (cloud or external drive)?

                                Thank you for your report. And thank you for providing the DxDiag document. Looking at the card model it seems like you may be working with an older video driver. We found when Win10 Fall Creators update was released, it invalidated video drivers resulting in some performance issues with Adobe XD.

                                  Hello Jonathan:

                                  If you’re experiencing the problem in this report, it’s likely you’re encountering a known issue where sharing certain large prototypes are showing this error. I suggest breaking down the content (smaller artboards is usually the best practice) to help work around the problem.

                                  The team is actively working in improvements that will be available in an upcoming release. I also encourage you to try publishing from a different network.

                                  Internal Server Error is an indication you don't have permission to access the page. Usually in a company network where certain sites are blocked from being accessed. You'll need to be on an internet connection where Adobe servers are not blocked.

                                      Are you able to create new or open other files in XD Mac? You can try the XD Tutorial which is linked from the weclome screen.

                                      I was able to open the file you include in this post. Has the license for your copy of Adobe XD Mac expired? It currently has a 7-day trial period.

                                        Thanks for the suggestion. We have heard this from other customers and have added it to our backlog. In the meantime, you can create “New Link” to generate a new link from a file that has previously been shared.

                                        Thanks for your feedback. Not sure if you had a chance to go through this workflow recently. There is are two options when publishing a prototype - update link or new link. This allows for existing link to be populate with any changes or for a new prototype link being created so that original prototype content is still available.

                                        I encourage you to check out the Feature Request section and add any features or feature improvements you'd like to see.
