For future reference:
This error indicates that the Adobe account being used does not have access to the Share Online functionality in XD.
This typically only applies to enterprise accounts. Share Online would be disabled if any of the following are true:
1/ The IT admin for your enterprise has disabled sharing for users in the organization
2/ Your Creative Cloud membership does not include Adobe storage or services
3/ Your Creative Cloud membership does not provide access to all Adobe applications (for example, you have a single app plan)
If none of the above apply – please email AdobeXdSharingSupport@adobe.com, and include the email address associated with your Adobe ID.Hanna Yehuda shared this idea ·
