Adobe (or someone) has set the standards for scrolling art spaces for years.
• Scroll = up and down
• Ctrl + Scroll = Left and right
• Alt + Scroll = zoom in and out
• Adding Shift to any of the above options modifies the action to larger increments of scroll/zoomAre you suggesting they change their industry standard to fit the CAD standard?
Maybe the better feature request would be to have the scrolling style be an option, to select between the two for people who are trying to make the transition.

Seems only right that this Adobe product should match all the other adobe products.

I know you have the bar under the value you can click on and drag up and down, It doesn't feel as precise and with the scroll I can just push my finger across the wheel, vs having to move my entire hand to change a value by a single increment.

One of the best "short cuts" in the Adobe platform is the ability to scroll up and down in a value field to change the value. And it's missing in XD.
For example:
- Select text you want to change the font size of.
- click in the font size field.
- Scroll up or down.Expected action:
- The value of in the field should go up or down when scrolling either direction.Actual action:
- The entire panel containing the settings for the object moves up and down. -

You may ask: "Why I would need to specify to this level of detail?"
I respond with: Have you ever had to develop software with an overseas team where English isn't their first language? Where their culture doesn't match with yours, the product you're working on doesn't correlate at all to their lives and situations and you need to explain relatively common concepts on a regular basis?Scott C shared this idea ·

Having an offline version of interactions would make my company more comfortable with producing corporate IP with the XD software.

I was going to make this a feature request. However after comparing to the other software in the Adobe catalog I felt like this must have just been an oversight.
