( Mac OS ) Error 52 - When opening cloud document.
Software Info:
Mac OS - Mojave 10.14.4.4
XD - 18.1.12.1
Creative Cloud Desktop - 4.8.1.435
Core Sync - 4.2.1.51
Adobe Log Files - Sent uploaded location link to xduv@adobe.com
Problem:
When trying to open a cloud document in XD, presented with an Error 52. Please see attached file for reference.

Sorry to hear you’re seeing an error when opening XD Cloud document. Sometimes the Adobe Sync service gets into a bad state and this can happen.
Some troubleshooting I encourage you to try:
- Restart the system (how many times have you heard that? :)
- Create/save/close/open new cloud file
- Retry opening your file
