[Win10]Not launching anymore after newest update

After I installed the newest update of Adobe XD on my Windows 10 system it is not launching anymore. The window closes half a second after it opened.
Or the other case it that it opens for 10 seconds as "white screen" where the window is loaded and nothing is shown.

- Use Creative Cloud cleaner to resolve installation issues, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

If issue persists after the above, please run log collection tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html & share the file.

    I am using Windows 10 Pro 64bit, version 1809, build 17763.316 (the latest official released)
