Unable to Publish when on VPN

Trying to publish when on my office vpn results in "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Publishing when not on a vpn works just fine. This is a major roadblock for remote workers required to operate via vpn.

There have been a few other bugs like this opened. Adobe's response always seems to be 'working as designed' with not much explanation. The closest we've come is https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353010-adobe-xd-bugs/suggestions/33072070-cannot-publish-prototype-service-is-temporarily-u @Nina-Ramos suggested it's the company's vpn blocking access. After working with our IT department and following Nina's suggestion, we've confirmed that the following are not blocked:
- Communication over port 443
- HTTP PUT/POST requests to Adobe’s Creative Cloud
- Accesses to the following end points:
https://cc-api-cp.adobe.io,
https://comments.adobe.io/

Recently, there has begun to be an error code listed with the error (#1001). A quick google search shows this to be a pretty common error, with no resolution. Not sure if all those users were on a vpn or not. But I'll be at Adobe Max in a few weeks - think this bug might gain any traction if brought up to product managers?

@Nina-Ramos, just checking back in here. You suggested we try to find which endpoint our vpn might be blocking (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html) but that is a massive list. Would someone at Adobe be able to tell which endpoints XD is attempting to communicate with when you go to publish a prototype? This remains a major roadblock for our company right now as we're attempting to adopt XD.

Thanks Nina! I've shared that list with our IT department, but it's a long list. Is there any particular url we should be looking for? What url's is XD trying to communicate with when you try to publish a design?
