Error Uploading Design (Error 69)
Since we buy the Adobe XD, we never more can upload protoypes to Adobe Criative Cloud.
There was a problem uploading your design (error 69).
We try with our local network and with wi-fi network and allways have the same problem.
How can fix that?
I’m sorry to hear you were running into this error. An Error 69 means that XD was unable to communicate with one of Adobe’s creative cloud servers.
Can you ensure that the networks you are using do not block the following traffic:
In the case of Error 69, XD is attempting to communicate with https://comments.acrobat.com/.
If you haven’t already, you should try sharing from a public network to confirm whether the issue is related to your local network configuration.
