  1. Clicking on TEXT, to expand the font menu, adobe XD disappears. (closes/crashes)

    1. Version 7.0.12.9 Windows 10 64Bit

    2. Start a new document, click the text tool in an artboard, click to expand the font/text menu to pick a new font.

    3. Expect Font menu to expand.

    4. Adobe XD disappears.

    Additional Info: Already using latest stable graphics card drivers. It appears to be a problem with building the text menu to include all the fonts on my system. I have 2 identical PC builds, one of which adobe XD functions correctly, and one with the afore mentioned problem.

  2. Eyedropper selection area appears black - does not choose color

    Adobe XD version 11.0.22.10

    Step to reproduce:
    1) Select any element in design
    2) In Appearance Panel, click eyedropper tool for either Fill or Border color
    3) Note appearance of Eyedropper selection circle (filled in black). Design not visible within this selection circle.
    4) Clicking (as if to select a color via the eyedropper tool) selects a transparent color, no matter where you click or what color is desired.

    Expected result: normal usage of the eyedropper tool

    Actual result: eyedropper selection circle filled with black, does not select any color other than transparent.

    This seems to be a new issue…

  3. share online hanging - never updates

    I'm trying to update an existing shared prototype and it's hung. I've tried to restart XD. I've changed my wifi connection, but to no avail.

  4. An error occurred while uploading the design (wrong me 69:-1:-1)

    When the design specification is re-released, this error message appears when the progress bar reaches 99%. I am a paid user

  5. June Update: Prototype Preview (w/Link online) is Freezing and Very Slow

    Now when I try to preview the prototype link online, when I click on hotspots, it is extremely slow and freezes. Transitions don't slow. Just a ton of bugs after this June update was released.

    I can't send preview links to anyone because it is so slow and crashes. Please fix!!!

  6. Blank White Screen Is Seen On Launching Xd (#49863)

    A blank white screen is seen on launching XD, when in the first instance the XD sign in dialog was closed and the user had signed in through the Sign in screen. Recommended workaround is to relaunch the application.

  7. XD Crashes when "CTRL+C" or "Right click" then "Copy" color's HEX Code from the color picker

    1. Adobe XD version: 0.6.12.17 Beta

    2. Steps to reproduce the issues:
    Open an existing XD file, then select one of your elements, the open for example its fill property's color, and copy it's HEX code for example.

    3. Expected result: The code should be copied to the clipboard.

    4. Actual result: Adobe XD freezes, then crashes.

    Reinstalling didn't helped. Not so deadly bug, just wanted to help at least with something :)

    Operating system: Windows 10 x64 build 14393.693

  8. Error msg. when saving - don't have permission to save in CC Cloud, dropbox and local

    When saving file (regardless of manual "save", "save as" or CRTL-S) the app will sporadically deny saving in the same location as the file was last saved on. the problem occurs mostly when using Adobe C Cloud and dropbox files locations however it has happened on local folder not shared to any cloud.

    On Win10 PRO v1709 build 16299.248 64bit
    Note. no issues on when tested on Mac.

    1. Created new document
    2. New artboard and design
    3. Clicked the "Share Online" icon in top left corner of XD
    4. Clicked "Create Link"
    5. Opened link in browser - it works
    6. Made changes to artwork
    7. Saved
    8. Clicked the "Share Online" icon in top left corner of XD
    9. Bug- Instead of offering me the option to "update link" it only shows option to share link. same notification after I created link originally.

    Only way to update link
    1. close the file
    2. Reopen file
    3. Share online button
    4. Update link
    5. Link updates successfully …

  10. Unable to share for development

    Adobe XD version 14.0.42.14

    When trying to share for development, the progress doesn't move forward and the spinning wheel gets stuck at 0%, getting unable to update / create the link

  11. [Windows] Layers Panel: Layers suddenly use wrong icons

    Experience Design CC (Beta) v. 0.6.32.
    Running on a Surface Book hooked up to monitors using the Surface Dock (not sure if that's relevant).

    Layers panel shows different icons than what the layer type is (rectangle, ellipse, group, symbol, text, etc). This is a random thing that happens after having an XD document open for some time.

    The layer icons are correct when you first open the document, but change at some point. I haven't been able to figure out what triggers it. Closing XD and reopening it seems to fix the issue.

  12. Low Quality Exported Prototypes

    When viewing prototypes, the quality for our AM's in a different office is shockingly poor.

    Obviously this isn't great for presenting with clients!

    XD Version 9.0.12.19
    Steps: Export link, send to collegue
    Expected: Clear images of high quality to present to client
    Actual: Poor, blurry pixelated images.

    Viewing on latest version of Chrome on windows and mac.

  13. Working in program is extremly slow

    The whole program is extremly slow since I updated the latest version this morning. If it's changing some text, select an object or try to move it for some pixels, the reaction is extremly delayed. It's hard to work fluently. Hope you fix it soon :)

    @Sarah Thanks for sharing your link! There were some improvements deployed for this with our latest release (XD 13). Looking at your linked prototype on Chrome, FF the screens load at one size and don’t redraw.

    Can you give it a try? If you’re still seeing problems, be sure to share the following details so we can dig into things:
    - XD version
    - Browsers & version
    - Link to prototype
    - Test simple file with two artboards for comparison

  16. Comments completely missing

    XD version 7.0.12.9
    Mac 10.13.4

    Comments on my XD prototype have disappeared. I did not uncheck the "Allow Comments" box when updating the link and have not at any point set a password.

    While I was on the prototype, I was resolving one of the comments. It showed an error when I tried to resolve the comment and then all comments disappeared as well as the speech bubble icon.

    I've tried to 'Update' the link again but the comments do not return.

    There is an error showing in the web console.

    Also not visible in colleagues browser with the link.…

  17. [Win] Can't save at some point

    I work in my XD file normally and after a while, randomly it seems, I can't save anymore. I hit Ctrl+S and nothing happens. I tried to open the menu and click save or save as but no luck. It keeps happening all the time so I save often now that I know so I don't lose my work too much. The file is in my Adobe Cloud folder. Also I noticed that many keyboard shortcuts stop working when that happens (like zoom commands).

  18. XD crashes after update ( feb.23.2017 | version. 0.6.16.7 Beta )

    After latest update, as described in the title (XD crashes after update feb.23.2017 | version. 0.6.16.7 Beta ), XD fails to open previously saved XD project. Creating a new one functions as expected. I also tried to load the project after I created a new one, and then it crashes both. I attach here both a video and the xd document. (ps: the video stops because the app is crashing)
