    • XD still have rendering issues until now?!

      This is ridiculous. I left using XD for a year later until you guys promised and pushed an update to fix this, and a year later it's still here and still ain't fixed.

        As we mentioned in the other bug, this is an issue with your graphics drivers. We require a certain minimum graphics driver version in order to get the lightning-fast performance we’re known for. While your hardware might be recent, the operating system software that runs it might not be.

        Corey mentioned in the other bug that you should run “dxdiag” and check to see the DDI version your drivers support. If they don’t support a minimum of 11, you won’t be able to run XD.

      • XD update 22. August NOT working on Windows !

        I have downoladed the latest August update of Experience Design and can't open the programm anymore. Really frustrating as the version was running super fine for me. I am now stuck with clients projects I can't work on anymore ! I just have a grey screen for a few seconds, then nothing at all.

        I am using windows 10, latest updates and XD latest update downloaded through the adobe CC manager. I'm a regular full plan CC user.

            Unfortunately, this is happening because your GPU driver is out of date and do not meet the minimum system requirements. You can check your driver version by typing “dxdiag” into the Windows Run menu, and then clicking on the Display tab. We require a minimum of DirectX 3D DDI 10, and if you have an Intel GPU, a driver that was released in or after 2014.

          • Asset Panel UX Bug

            UX Bug Asset Panel
            Asset panel not adapted for real usage of the application. It just became a pain in the ass

            let me remind you waht is a real project in the real life:
            - more than 20 colors for the color palet
            - more than 20 text style
            - more than hundreads of symbols (icons + differents components)

            Combining the 3 entities create confusion clutter and arm the usage of each one of the different topic.

            The fact that now I don't see my symbols when opening the menu... that is the main purpose of this panel.

              Thanks for your feedback! Please do remember that we’re working on features iteratively, and our first cut is to provide the feature functionality. We are definitely working on organization features for the asset panel in the future.

              I can see at least three different suggestions that you could file as feature requests for the community to upvote (and for us to give you updates on):

              • Organization of symbols
              • Reordering of the assets panel so that symbols are on top
              • Naming of text styles

              It would really help us to be able to aggregate specific feature requests (each of which takes time to execute well!) if you file them separately, so I’m marking this bug as Action Required.

                • [Windows 10 Insider Preview beta] Colour picker crashes app

                  Afternoon all!

                  As of today (Monday 15th May 2017) whenever I go to select a background colour for an object in the colour picker, it causes XD to close.

                  I've tried this on several different files created across various beta versions of XD.

                  Even creating a brand new document, drawing a single square, and trying to set a background colour on it, causes the same behaviour.

                    It is total garbage. Why build a different one? Why not just leverage what works in Illustrator?

                    That type tool is arguably the best type tool ever created... and then I need to come over and mess with this POS?

                    What about dragging the controls to move the numbers instead of having to manually type it in? What about selecting an existing type style (or any other object that has styling... shadows????)

                    If you say that this needs clarification then you need to learn how to use illustrator.

                    • Some files will not (fully) open, and then cannot be closed

                      Summary:
                      When opening files saved with a previous version of Xd (back in April), they seem to "hang" when they're just about opened, and I can't close the file.

                      Steps to repro:
                      1. open a file saved with a previous version of Xd (not sure exactly which)

                      Expected result
                      File opens successfully

                      Actual result
                      File seems to open, but progress bar hangs at the very last point, and the user can't do anything with it, including close it.
                      The application itself seems to be fine otherwise, allowing the user to open new files, and interact with successfully-opened ones.

                      • Save File As Corrupts file when saving to creative cloud

                        When selecting "Save As" to creative cloud the file is corrupted and cant be opened. Also, after "save as" is used for the first time, the "save as" dialog does not display anymore.

                            • Can't share my project (error 1021)

                              Hi, I can't share any project. All I get is a error dialogue box (error 1021) when I click the share button. I don't get any option to generate a link. I've tried signing out / signing in, re-installing etc. still that same problem. Please see screen grab attached.

                              • Typekit fonts not working (even after a restart)

                                When I open XD, type something and then switch it to a different font, all the fonts installed into the PC work, but the ones synced via Typekit don't.

                                I've attached a screenshot showing what happens (it defaults back to Myriad Pro). And another screenshot that shows the font is synced.

                                I've tried restarting XD several times, it doesn't work.

                                I'm using Windows 10 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.187). I'm using an HP laptop based on AMD A8.

                                And regarding XD, it's v 0.6.28.

                                  Since we haven’t heard anything from anyone else, it looks like we have a workaround solution for this issue. Moving this to action-required; if you’re seeing this bug, please make sure you’re on a later version of Windows 10 Anniversary Edition to resolve this issue.

                                    • Share image file errors

                                      The 120x120px image that is optional to upload in the share link session doesn't work. It doesn't come out in the right size and looks out of proportion. It's also impossible to get rid of, even when I delete the whole shared link from the links page and close Xd, when I return to the same project the image is gone from the the shared link section but it is still on the page in the browser.
