  1. Artboards act very funnily, looking distorted

    Version: 0.6.8.6 on Windows

    Any artboard I create in XD seems to be torn to pieces. Varying in zoom level alters the way the artboards are distorted, as can be seen in the screenshots I uploaded. I cannot use XD in this way.

    The bug may be due to the fact that I use a HP Compaq 6710b laptop from 2008, but Ps, Ai, Id run just fine on it, so that doesn't seem likely to me.

    Restarting the app did not solve the problem, neither did rebooting my pc.

      Hi, all-

      Unfortunately, we rely on the newest GPU drivers to draw our canvas. Our minimum system requirements are posted here. You should try a couple of things:
      1. Check to see if your Direct 3D DDI drivers are 11 or 12
      2. Try to update your GPU drivers to the latest if they aren’t

    • Every single Xd save file corrupting

      I'm currently using the latest version of Adobe Xd (v. 0.6.16) & I've noticed that since this patch, every file I save & try to open is corrupted. The warning that shows up is "could not load specified document", even though I haven't moved the file to any other place. The expected result is obviously for it to be saved properly & for it to open with all data later on, but it give me this message and nothing else.

      • unexpectedly crashing

        after working for over 2-4 hours and bingo XD crashes and all work done went down the toilet. very frustrating. it happened more than 4-5 times now. and i have been reporting the issue.

        PLEASE FIX THIS CRASH BEFORE ANY NEW FEATURE ROLE OUT.

        • Font reverting to Helvetica after altering and saving to different font

          I've been making an app mockup for about a week and I've tediously changed all the font throughout the app to be one uniform font. When I launch the app it all reverts back to Helvetica and I dont want to go through the whole prototype and change it again. Thanks

          • SVG weird code

            Hi,

            When exporting an icon to SVG with XD it creates some weird code. I'm not a developer so hopefully this is understandable. Our developer is using Android Studio to put the SVG icons to use but it generates an error.

            When I export the same icon with illustrator it works perfectly. It even generates some real clean code in Android Studio according to our developer. I also noticed a difference when opening both the attachments in notepad to view the code.

            The export options I used in AI:

            SVG Profiles: 1.1
            Type: Adobe CEF
            Subsetting: None
            Image Location: Link

            • Again Problems after saving file

              1- 0.6.16.7 Windows 10

              2-Have 68 screens. First the regular Ctrl + S for saving does not work, second; when saving the other way (Menu - Save), it takes minutes to finally save, afterwards the program freezes and if trying to do anything (example Ctrl + 0 for viewing the whole thing) suddenly crashes, and all work (supposedly saved) is lost.

              3- First that the shortcut Ctrl +S works just like the manually Manu - Save. Second; that after saving the program works fine again, not crashing and therefore loosing all work till that point.

              4-Freezes, then crashes and Oh…

              • Problems installing adobe xd

                Hello, the problem is that when I install Adobe XD from the creative cloud, it installs but then returns to the install option, I already tried with another user but the problem persists, I can not install Adobe XD.

                  • Saving file to synced Google Drive location often gives error and crashes

                    This is extremely frustrating. Often times when I save (especially during successive save attempts) I'll get an error dialog that says:

                    "Please save in another location."

                    "You don't have permission to save files on "<path>""

                    When it gets in this state, the only way I can avoid losing work is to save as a different file. However, sometimes I can't as the menu will become unresponsive when selecting Save As (no folder picker comes up) and then the app will often crash.

                    I can't be the only one using Google Drive and having this issue! There are tons of applications…

                      • [Windows 10 Insider Preview beta] Colour picker crashes app

                        Afternoon all!

                        As of today (Monday 15th May 2017) whenever I go to select a background colour for an object in the colour picker, it causes XD to close.

                        I've tried this on several different files created across various beta versions of XD.

                        Even creating a brand new document, drawing a single square, and trying to set a background colour on it, causes the same behaviour.

                              Since we haven’t heard from you guys in three months, I’m going to mark this one as having a workaround. This workaround from Lucas should help with this issue!

                              “OK. I got some answers. I turned the pinch-to-zoom function of in the macOS settings (System Preferences > Touchpad > Scrolling & Zooming > un-tick the pinch to zoom). And I turned it back on. Now zooming in XD works!”

                              • Transitions not doing what they say

                                If you made a dissolve transition from one page to another, and then a slide transition on different pages, they only act as dissolve transitions. It also converted other, already set, transitions into dissolves.

                                • XD Android App Crashes (mobile)

                                  Android Version: 6.0.1
                                  XD App Version: 1
                                  XD Desktop Version: 0.5.22.8

                                  What happens:
                                  1. I open the design in XD Desktop
                                  2. Plug My phone in via usb
                                  3. Open the XD app on my phone
                                  4. App tries to open design but crashes

                                  I have attached a screenshot of the file on desktop, it is just one artboard with a few extra objects around it at the moment so not very complicated.

                                  I really hope this can get sorted quickly, it could be so useful!

                                  • Windows download not working

                                    just tried to download the XD Beta for Windows 10 and it didn't work. The web page says "Experience Design (Beta) will install now..." but when my creative cloud window pops up it goes to stock photos and that's it - nothing happens and nothing downloads.

                                    • Not opening on windows 10

                                      I'm using XD on windows 10. when I had done the last update. when I'm trying to open only the welcome screen launched. can't getting into the workspace. when i choose to start a new project. nothing happens for a few seconds & after the XD automatically disappeared or closed. can you please help me. please fix it as soon as possible.

                                      • Wacom tablet doesn't work on 2nd monitor while XD is open

                                        Just updated to v.0.5.22.8 beta. I'm using dual screens and immediately when I open XD my wacom tablet only maps monitor 1 and I can't operate both screens until I get out of the XD app.

                                        • Adobe XD crashing when loading tutorial

                                          After having some trouble installing XD (installer stuck on 44%) I finally got it up and running. When trying to load the tutorial file however XD showed a white screen and didn't look like it was loading anything, instead of opening the file. I tried opening the file a few times. Sometimes it just didn't open and sometimes it was stuck for a few minutes and then closed XD. I'm currently running on Windows 10.
