  1. Boards are clipping, impossible to do anything.

    All objects and selection are clipping, maing it impossible to use the Adobe XD.

    Steps to reproduce the issues:
    - Download, install and run Adobe Experience software.
    Windows: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bits, Version: 1703, OS Build: 15063.413
    Processor: Pentiun (R) Dual-Core CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHZ
    Memory: 4 GB RAM
    Resolution: 1366 x 768

    Expected result

    Be able to see the full shape forms.

    Actual result

    Clipped shape forms.

    • Text shift in device preview

      Not sure how to even troubleshoot this. When using the font Adobe Clean, and viewing in Device Preview on iPhone, we are noticing that some weights show up roughly 5px lower than where they are in the file.

      I'd like to blame the font, but it works fine everywhere else. Just not Device Preview.

        Hi there,

        Thanks for letting us know about this. If you could share the version of the font you are using, that would help us diagnose the issue. My initial guess would be that you have two versions of the font installed, and the wrong one is being synced to the mobile device. Font Book may be able to help you (see https://support.apple.com/kb/PH21404?locale=en_US), but otherwise a search on your system for the font files may catch them (the file name on my system is AdobeClean-Regular.otf for the Regular weight).

        Please let us know if that turns out to be the case, otherwise we can keep digging to get to the bottom of this issue.

      • Can't share my project (error 1021)

        Hi, I can't share any project. All I get is a error dialogue box (error 1021) when I click the share button. I don't get any option to generate a link. I've tried signing out / signing in, re-installing etc. still that same problem. Please see screen grab attached.

          Hi Calvin,
          Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. The error implies that there is a problem with the login state on your local machine – and so likely related to the Creative Cloud desktop application.

          Here are some things you can do to resolve the issue:

          To resolve this issue, please try the following:

          1. Close all Adobe applications
          2. Sign out of the Creative Cloud Application
          3. Restart your machine

          4. Using a web browser, login to Adobe.com to see if your account needs any attention (like accepting a new Terms of Use)

          5. Login to the Creative Cloud Application

          6. Open Adobe XD and try and share


          If this does not resolve the problem, repeating the process above, but logging in with a different Adobe account in steps four and five, is a good way to determine if the issue is account or machine specific.…

        • Slow response when linking prototype screens in large file

          In the prototype screen there is a 10-15 second delay every time I hook up a screen/element. After releasing the pick-whip the app stalls trying to load the pop-up dialog that lets you choose the transition/easing. I am unable to click away in the app until the pop-up successfully loads (even if I am not using it and trying to click elsewhere)

          The prototype is quite large (XD file is 146mb) and was built by another designer on MAC without these issues. I am using Windows 10.

          • Zoom Shortcut ⌘Ü ???

            Inconsistency of keyboard shortcuts across adobe applications isn't a novelty, but "⌘Ü" to zoom in? I guess that's a bug, since in the online shortcut list it is listed as "⌘+".

            • Color picker/color window displays a single color

              The color window always displays one color instead of the entire palette. Though, on moving the cursor the hex code changes and so does the color of the object.

                  • Sharing prototype issue (repeating prototype)

                    [Version 0.6.34.3 Beta]

                    When I created a share link to my prototype the shared version of my prototype started repeating itself 3/4 of the way down the artboard, replacing the remaining 1/4 of my work. The art board was quite long, however it worked fine when I first published it so I am not sure why it has done this this time. I have recreated this on a new file and it is not working on this new file either. In the end I sent it to a colleague and he was able to create the shared link and have…

                      Version 0.6.32.12 Beta [Win]

                      Hotkeys (Shift+Ctrl+[, Shift+Ctrl+], Ctrl+C) stop working suddenly. Unfortunately, I cannot provide steps to reproduce situation, but it just happens. Reopening app fixes this.

                      • XD Android App Crashes (mobile)

                        Android Version: 6.0.1
                        XD App Version: 1
                        XD Desktop Version: 0.5.22.8

                        What happens:
                        1. I open the design in XD Desktop
                        2. Plug My phone in via usb
                        3. Open the XD app on my phone
                        4. App tries to open design but crashes

                        I have attached a screenshot of the file on desktop, it is just one artboard with a few extra objects around it at the moment so not very complicated.

                        I really hope this can get sorted quickly, it could be so useful!

                            Hello,
                            Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues using the Share Online feature. To clarify, is the error code you see 22, or 1022?

                            It sounds like there may be an issue with the login state on your local machine. To resolve that issue, please try the following:

                            1. Close all Adobe applications and sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop Application
                            2. Restart your machine

                            3. Login to Adobe.com to see if your account needs any attention (like accepting a new Terms of Use)

                            4. Login to the Creative Cloud Application

                            5. Open Adobe XD and try and share


                            If that doesn’t solve your problem, there is a log file on your machine that will help us figure out what the error was. If you could send that log to the team via email (AdobeXDSharingSupport@adobe.com), we can investigate further and help improve this experience in the future.

                          • [Mac] can't update Adobe XD with Creative Cloud

                            My version of XD in my Mac is the 0.6.8.6, and Creative Cloud shows that my app is up to date, even when there's already 2 new updates to install. What I do?

                            P.S.: I use XD in class. Need a fast feedback, please!

                              Sorry for missing this message! In the future, you should be able to click on the gear icon in the Creative Cloud application and select “check for app updates.” However, it’s very possible you were in a school environment where your school’s IT administrator had to update the application for you. In that case, the right thing to do would have been to ask your IT admin to update your version.

                            • Saving file to synced Google Drive location often gives error and crashes

                              This is extremely frustrating. Often times when I save (especially during successive save attempts) I'll get an error dialog that says:

                              "Please save in another location."

                              "You don't have permission to save files on "<path>""

                              When it gets in this state, the only way I can avoid losing work is to save as a different file. However, sometimes I can't as the menu will become unresponsive when selecting Save As (no folder picker comes up) and then the app will often crash.

                              I can't be the only one using Google Drive and having this issue! There are tons of applications…

                                When I want to export my art boards (cmd E) almost every 2nd or 3rd time Xd crashes down. After restart the export works.

                                  • are you trying to export all artboards at once?
                                  • if yes, how many artboards do you have for export?
                                  • what type of export format are you using? PNG/PDF/SVG?

                                  Error 44 . After making initial link (which failed first time) update not working. Can't create new link either. Have around 50 screens and file size is 3.6Mb Process looks like its starts and fails at 50% (of circle)

                                    - Are you sharing from a public or enterprise network? If you are using an enterprise network, can you try sharing from a public network (for example, your home broadband connection) and see if the problem reproduces.

                                    - Does this happen for every XD document you create, or just a specific document?

                                    - Where in the world are you located?

                                    - What is your network connection speed? You can measure this through sites like http://beta.speedtest.net/

                                    - Which version of XD are you using? If you aren’t on the latest release, please update and try sharing.

                                    With this information we can help investigate this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.

                                    2. a. created a xd document and shared to web.
                                    b. user created comments.
                                    c. i responded to comments and updated the draft
                                    d. Comments are old and i would like to delete them so that when sharing with other users the mockup is cleaner.
                                    e. when clicking on resolve the webapp returns an error message: " We weren't able to resolve this comment, please try again."
                                    f. after multiple retry the error remains and cannot share a clean version of mockup need to change file name and reshare for clean version.

                                        XD was working fine Thursday (latest version). Friday morning, I get error instructing me to uninstall then reinstall. Fails every time.
