Constantly crashing after Update on Windows 10
After every update Adobe XD wont start anymore. I don't get a error message because Adobe XD crashes before it fully starts.
When I restart my computer everything works fine.
XD Version: 12.1.12
Windows Version: 10 v1809 Pro for Workstations

It is after every Windows Update. Infuriating. Also, your documentation on the WOD is woefully inadequate, misleading, time-wasting, and outdated.
It happens even with the latest Adobe XD (and simply updating XD, when it is not updated, NEVER solves the problem): instead, you have to uninstall, logout, reinstall. After. Every. Single. Windows. Update.
To Lalita, I just spoke to Adobe Support, the team knows about this issue. They know it happens with every update. Do a search here, plenty of people have this issue, they just keep opening a new 'wish'. Maybe someone from Adobe should consolidate all of those wishes together, plus the forum posts, to get a sense of the extent of this issue.
To the poster, you can get the error message from the Window Event viewer (Windows Logs > Application).

I believe you are using XD version 21.1.12 and not 12.1.12
If you are indeed on XD 12.1.12 then I would strongly recommend to update to latest.
else we would need crash dumps, please follow below link to get the crash dumps
and share those with us. We would dig the issue further.
Thanks for your patience
