Slow performance since update in June 2019
After update in June, Performance went down on bigger files, with more items. Its unusable and taking some of the files and moving them to a new document still makes the new file slow.
I dont know what causes this but its unusable.
Typical performance crash:
Moving item, pressing esc after typing.
What i tried:
- Clean save
- Removing all plugins
- Reinstalling Adobe XD
- Format iMac
None of above worked.

Can you please send us the file in which you are seeing 100% CPU utilization on email ID:- vergupta_attherate_adobe_dot_com
I'm having a similar issue. I haven't been able to determine a pattern of when it happens. I have noted in activity monitor when i notice the issue in the app XD is using over 100% of my CPU.
What I experience in the application is pauses and delays in the app reacting to an interaction. For example i zoom into the doc and it freezes for a second or I click something to select it and experience a 1 or 2 second delay before it becomes selected.
As you can imagine once it gets like this it's literally unusable.
What i usually do is quit the app and reopen it and for me it's usually better for a while. I haven't determined if it's just when i'm in the app or a file for a period of time or if it's just some action i'm taking that's causing it.
My machine details are:
MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016)
Processor 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 16GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Graphics Radeon Pro 455 2 GB and Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB
Running macOS Mojave version 10.14.6
