White space in sides on mobile
When I view a prototype on my iPhone SE there are white space on each side - also when viewing older prototype links made before the recent update. Before the update graphics which filled the artboard would also fill the mobile screen, all the way to the edges.

@Arun. It now scales to fit. I have not tested a iPhone SE artboard on an iphone 6 yet thought.
But we still see that awful "ad choices" in the fullscreen mode and also the browser? Just remove all that jazz and let us use it for the purpose, to design and test!
We have provided a fix for this issue recently in XD 12.0 release. Request you to give it a try, and access your prototype links on mobile devices again. Do let us know if you are still seeing the same issue?
I have the same problem, which is very frustrating, especially when you share a link to a customer after uncountable hours of work. And then the customers think it’s the designers fault. Please fix this Adobe.
In the meantime: is there any workaround?
I am also having this issue. It's a bit of a deal breaker surely? Especially if you are sharing preview links with others - it makes the whole purpose of sending a mobile prototype useless
Using XD 10.0.12.9 , Mac. Padding in mobile preview. Prototype doesn´t show in fullscreen. The preview is for my client., so the usb idea does not apply...

The issue is happening because mobile browsers are having lesser vertical area available to display content because of browser header.
We are trying to fit height of the design first, and then reduce width proportionally to maintain aspect ratio. This is why you see white gaps on left and right as the width has reduced slightly than its original size. This is the only way we can fit in the entire design within the available viewable area inside of the mobile browser.
The other option is to always fit to width of the design and then let there be vertical scrolling possible to view any content that would fall beyond the available viewable height in the browser. Do you think that would be acceptable behaviour?
Mobile browser still it shows white space on left and right padding. Please clear this issue ASAP as the link sharing to customers and they are thinking its a bug from my side. Negative comments coming because of your bug we cant explain to each and everyone about this. (Mobile Chrome browser)
Hi, when I open the prototype full screen in Google Chrome (Mac iOS) it shows a black space in the Top, around 25 px, could this be removed or reduced?
Issue still appears.

Last week I found out that all our previously browser-displayed full screen XD prototypes on Android are now displaying padding left and right.
With no change from us in our published links.
It already worked nice. I´ve used this on iOS over the last months to showcase my prototypes in fullscreen.
Unfortunately, anytime i try it now on lasted iOS and Android versions, it doesnt work anymore.
Here´s a template test prototype: https://xd.adobe.com/view/53b5e085-f819-4df8-7705-6b8c1884ddcc-2584/?fullscreen
Seeing this problem in the last week or so on an iPhone 7 with weblink to XD project.

Yes! Every time that I open an prototype on my phone I see these grey borders.
I don't think its the same issue. I would like to upload screenshots.
How can I add attachments to this comment?

I have the same problem, but on my phone... Before the update I used to open the mobile prototypes on my Chrome perfectly. Now the screen shows borders. I've tried to adjust the resolution on the file, but doesn't work.
I tried to make a new test file but then I couldn't reproduce the issue. With some old files I'm still able to reproduce the issue but I cannot publish them here.

Hi and thanks for the feedback.
Can you share a link or screenshots of the behavior you're seeing in Chrome and maybe one other browser since you mentioned it only happens in Chrome?
There are some changes to the prototype viewer, primarily to support fixed elements and overlays. Previously, the prototypes were effectively flat images that would scroll like a web page when viewed normally and in full screen. The updated prototype viewer has different sizing and scrolling behavior to ensure the new features work correctly.

After the June update of XD, mobile prototypes are no longer rendered in full width in Safari (iOS).
Steps to reproduce bug:
1) Open new project for mobile (375x667)
2) Add dummy content
3) Publish and open prototype link in Safari (iOS)
Testable link in iOS:
(Before installing the latest update, all prototypes rendered as they should, in full width)
This issue only appears in Google Chrome.
