[Windows] Adobe Illustrator imported .svg with images dragged and dropped into Xd is offset and tiled.

Method 1 (Drag and Drop from Browser)
1. Create rectangle 400x400
2. Open any browser. Locate a .jpg image
3. Drop and drag image onto 400x400 rectangle
4. Select artboard
5. Export artboard as .svg (embed image)
6. Open Adobe Illustrator
7. Open exported .svg in Adobe Illustrator
The image's 0,0 (top Left) co-ordinate is offset
Displaying as Expected : Internet Explorer
Displaying as Expected : Microsoft Edge
Displaying as Expected : Google Chrome
Displaying as Expected : Firefox
1. Save the image onto a local drive/folder
2. Steps 3-7 of above
Why This Is Important
The speed of dragging and dropping from any website is a super cool workflow tool! Unfortunately, my clients expect me to hand files over that are either .ai or .psd...Right now I have to use the workaround(see above) and double check all images.
We have a feature in our backlog to improve the SVG export wrt transformations. The Illustrator team will likely improve their SVG import as well so that in the future these offset problems will be gone.
Thanks for sending it on to the Illustrator Team. 90% of my errors/bugs are in Illustrator but I thought it would be better coming from the Xd Team. Xd is unfortunately so new (and in beta) it is difficult to convince clients that the format is trustworthy. Especially if they have to redistribute the source files to other designers who do not use the program. So yeah the struggle is real...
