0.6.12.17 crashing permanently
I cant reproduce what is happening, because XD now crashed just by bringing it into the foreground of my screen. The other 5 times today I also did nothing special. One time changing the space on my second screen.
And as XD doesnt autosave I lost something between 1 and 2 hours of work today.
Thanks Adobe for such a great product! So as 2 hours of work cover a Sketch licence I might just switch to that.
The issue with crashing on Mac has been fixed in the April release, which is now available through the Creative Cloud. If you don’t see an update, click on the gear icon and select “Check for App Updates.”

I updated XD last Thursday and since then i can't open any of my older files, nor open XD itself. I have already uninstalled the program, associated it with another email account. I've also tried unistalling the previous version but it seems as it's impossible to downgrade.
I'm on windows 10

Crashing too frequently for Windows after feb 2017 update. Specially when you hit save.
I have the 0.6.16.7 Windows version and since two days ago, the program closes by itself. It doesn't save the progress (any) and sometimes I save my files but when I open them later there is no sign of my progress or what I worked before saving the file.

Also crashes if left unused for a particular period of time.
Crashed on me 3 times, no saved file, nothing... can you please fix it? I'm loving xd but the crashing thing is ruining my work .

My Adobe XD randomly shuts down on me without saving any recovery file or anything I can get back to. I simply cannot work with this at this time. This error is a crucial one.
I am experiencing the same problems (macOS Sierra 10.12.3). To which email should I send the crashlogs?
The same has been happening for me on Win10. I keep on losing work and i forced to move back to Illustrator. Kindly ro; out an update to fix this bug.

XD on Win 10 has now crashed 5+ times for me today as well. For the last 2 crashes, I literally wasn't even actively using the product. How can I find the diagnostic report on a Windows machine.
