Rehash lattice cuts off outskirts from articles on the best and there is no real way to rehash vertically up. Hopefully you will modify rehash matrix toward any path, not simply down and right.
STILL not fixed? Come on.
+1 to please fix this ASAP!
Still an issue.... :(
Wow... over 2 years. Respect... Respect.

The other issue explains that when you have an element that has a shadow and make it a part of a repeat grid the shadow is removed. The object properties still say that there is a shadow, but it does not show.
Creating more space between object in the repeat grid does not resolve this issue.
This issue is a fairly common use case that make the repeat grid feature non functional.
This issue was originally reported on 05/17/2016.
It's been almost two years guys...
We are aware of this issue. Until it gets resolved, you can select the object inside the repeat grid and move it down a few pixels to fix it.
Hope this helps,

Repeat grid cuts off borders from objects on the top and there is no way to repeat vertically up. It would be great if you could adjust repeat grid in any direction, not just down and right

Still Adobe did not do anything about it. This is so frustrating!
Using line segments to simulate text blocks and the first line in the group appears to be cut in half. It can account for on the bottom line.
Thanks and good work!
If I create a form field with 2px border for example and use the 'Repeat Grid' mode, it would start becoming uneven. For example, top border might be 1px and the rest in 2px. It looks very ugly so I have to turn off Repeat Grid each time. Very annoying! BTW - I am using Windows 10.
This is really annoying as material design fundamentals are somewhat relying on shadows of the elements. Please fix this.

Why isn't this fixed yet?
Note: this currently happens any time the leftmost, topmost, rightmost, etc. element in the Repeat Grid cell uses a centered stroke position. Currently, that means any lines or path.
You can adjust the shape afterwards, but if it's grouped with other shapes, you need to offset all of those ones as well making it a tedious process.

Please priorities this bug.
Another work around is to move the line down after the repeat grid is created.
