Share Online error
(I'm assuming it's because I'm) signed into a different CC account than registered for my XD access. Cannot share any prototype links.
If my assumption is correct, then a link pointing me to correct the matter – if it's not because of the CC log in, then further assistance on how to correct the issue.

I am getting a error message that states Your shared prototype failed to upload because a network connection timed out. ? I am trying to share my link with my professor and its not working. I closed out and reopend and made sure my CC was up to date. Help!
please i'm having this error when i want to install my xd.
( this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your system administrator). please any solution
Getting same error.
I'm getting error 23 as well. 4 web sized screens, several boxes and images on each.
OK. I reduced the File size and it was able to post the update. So maybe the server is being taxed too much by XD users. That just means the Adobe Cloud connection is failing with larger files maybe. I removed replaced many of the screen shots with native elements.
Error 44. Every time I try to share a project online, I get the message. XD Version 0.5.2.29 Beta. Either updating a link, or creating a new link. Either way, I get Error 44. 21 art boards, small file, 95% of all elements created inside XD.
I'm still getting this error... I can't share online any more. Version 0.5.2.29 Beta.
I'm also unable to share, but it shows error 1001 instead.

Hi Anonymous - sorry you're having trouble. Error 23 is an unusual error. Can you describe the file you're trying to share - for example, how many artboards it has, and what types of things are on those artboards?
I'm getting error 23:
There was a problem creating your interactive prototype (error 23). Please try again.

First, if you are a Creative Cloud enterprise user, sharing won't work until the end of the month as some licensing work wasn't completed yet.
If you are not, then, please try to close down XD, ensure you are logged into another Adobe application (Creative Cloud desktop, Photoshop...anything!), then, restart XD.

Hi Jessica, Thanks for the report.
I'm noticing you are on 0.4.1.7, which was the last private prerelease that was sent to the CAB. You should have gotten an email with a manual step to uninstall, and then you can install the official release via Creative Cloud. I do believe this will fix your issue (your error code was related to CC login). Let me know if you have any issues with the uninstall / reinstall process.
Seth - most likely your error was a periodic failure of one of the back-end services. Can you retry and let me know if you succeed? We'll look into the failure in any case.

I'm also getting an error when trying to share, but I'm getting "Error 45".
