Typekit fonts not working (even after a restart)
When I open XD, type something and then switch it to a different font, all the fonts installed into the PC work, but the ones synced via Typekit don't.
I've attached a screenshot showing what happens (it defaults back to Myriad Pro). And another screenshot that shows the font is synced.
I've tried restarting XD several times, it doesn't work.
I'm using Windows 10 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.187). I'm using an HP laptop based on AMD A8.
And regarding XD, it's v 0.6.28.
3 votesSince we haven’t heard anything from anyone else, it looks like we have a workaround solution for this issue. Moving this to action-required; if you’re seeing this bug, please make sure you’re on a later version of Windows 10 Anniversary Edition to resolve this issue.

Android App fails to load Adobe XD file
0.6.24.10 Beta for Windows 10
My Adobe XD app has been working fine for a while on my OnePlus 3. The issue I have now is that my file got to big I guess (it's 36MB) and I'm not able to prototype my app. I am able to open smaller files. The file contains vectors and images.
On the side note, I am unable to connect my OnePlus 3 via USB. There is a normal connection via USB but nothing seems to happen, I followed all the steps in the FAQ.
I'd like to open the file on the Android…

network connection timed out on XD
I've been trying all ways possible to create a link from an XD file (I've checked the connection multiple times - it's a personal Sky broadband) but this message keeps appearing:

[Windows 10 Insider Preview beta] Colour picker crashes app
Afternoon all!
As of today (Monday 15th May 2017) whenever I go to select a background colour for an object in the colour picker, it causes XD to close.
I've tried this on several different files created across various beta versions of XD.
Even creating a brand new document, drawing a single square, and trying to set a background colour on it, causes the same behaviour.
Let me know if you need any more details.

Windows error code 44. Doesn't update the link. The Internet connection is fine. Don't what's the reason.
After pressing create a new link, half way through it stops saying there was an error 44. I cannot update my work. Ive got around 60 artboards. I've got my deadline quite soon so would appreciate if you could help me resolve that problem. Im working on Windows 10.

Crtl brings up Export window in Windows 10
Crtl brings up Export window in Windows 10. I can't use any Ctrl function commands. Specifically Crtl + or - to zoom.

Hi, I am using Adobe Experience 0.6.24.10 beta when I ever I click on "Create link" button it show error 44 I'll try different suggestion Switch to another network Sign out and then sign in again But none of theses suggestion work can you please help Thanks

Crashes while prototyping
When I'm busy with prototyping sometimes shut down the whole program and I lost All data that isn't safed yet.

Cannot share a new link
Hi
I shared a prototype with a link online.
Then I wanted to continue working on the project but still have the old version. I then saved the file as another name and continued working with it. After a while a wanted to test the new prototype online but still have the old version to be able to compare. I can now not share the link or create a new link from the new document as it seems as the old documents prototypelink remains in the new document. [Mac] Crashes on Import, Export, and Opening a File while working on a project
If I work on a project for over an hour, and press File>Open, File>Import or File>Export while working on a project, XD becomes inaccessible and has to be force quitted. The finder window crashes and leaves a black window where the default finder window should be. I can move the window around, but I can't do anything.
For reference, I'm on a mid-2015 maxed out Retina Macbook Pro. It happens frequently enough that I decided to report it.

Crash seems to happen when I leave for lunch etc and the computer goes into sleep modeOpening up again does not come back into the same context. back to project selection screen

Trouble Re-Installing Adobe XD
Today I began to receive an "update app" message for Adobe XD (Beta), followed by the application shutting down. I uninstalled the app since I was unable to find a way to update the app, and when I went to re-install XD, nothing happens. I am working on a MacBook Pro system. Is there a way to re-install the application? I originally downloaded XD during February of 2017.

Italics bold shortcuts
On Mac, latest version. In a text box, I desire to switch to Italics. I press command + I and the system does not respond. Only way to switch to Italics or Bold is by highlighting text and using shortcut or selecting it from the drop down.

When opening a file, XD crashes, using an Xserve user
When opening a file, XD crashes, using an Xserve user...
XD will run, but when a user opens a file from another user, it causes XD to
crash immediately, and then XD will not run again. I removed the .plist file, but
that did not help. When I created a new user, they could run XD, but upon opening
any user files, it immediately crashed XD and XD again would not run.We are using network user accounts, with network home directory, on an Apple X Serve. The Xd is an enterprise licensed version.

When going to share a link, I get the error message:

Troubleshoot sharing errors [link].I am on iOS 10.11.6 (15G31), with XD 0.6.24.10 Beta (having just updated the app today).
I am wondering if it's a firewall issue, but without knowing what to ask IT I can't troubleshoot this on my end.
I was previously able to share XD links last week, from my home computer, but if I recall I was on the company VPN?

After creating prototype I tried to create a link but every time it gets stuck half way through (see attached)
