We never said that we want to do all our websites with full justified text, we just want to have this option.

Yes, you should avoid justified on the web, but it needs to be an option as with the right content and sizing it can work.

So many text functions are missing it suggests that Adobe XD needs to employ some staff with a sophisticated understanding of text formatting, just like its users (who will move to other platforms if the text facilities are not added).

AH! just because of not having this feature i had lots of troubles with my client. So sad that adobe taking my whole life time to add this feature.

Alibaba demanded this on several projects. I had to make pngs of text in illustrator then update and deliver those graphic assets every time they made a text edit.

I agree that the justification can result in a very messy paragraph, unfortunately I don't think that matters to my bosses / clients, who usually ask for sucky changes and i can do nothing but accept them, you know how it goes.
