Inner Shadow

A way to get around this issue for now is to merge layers that have inner shadows before bringing it into XD

if you guys are working on css export, please fix the shadow settings and add spread and inner shadow first.
because no developer wants a messy code that they have to fix and rewrite -

since you guys are working on CSS export, can we please have this soon as it goes hand in hand with that feature.

How much we should wait for this basic feature?

My god, how is it that Adobe, creator of all things visual, STILL hasn't added INNER SHADOW functionality??? Do you realize how much more difficult you're making delivery by skipping this one OBVIOUSLY NECESSARY basic function? Seriously, does it really sound right that I need to screw around creating multiple objects and covering unneeded shadows up with other objects in order to get an inner shadow???
Get it together!

Is there any plan to include inner shadow in Adobe XD? and If so - any chance for a time frame?

I just started using XD a couple days ago. It seemed great, then I went to make a form field with inner shadow and couldn’t. I went straight back to illustrator. All CSS box shadow properties should be supported, but this particular inner shadow issue was the first deal breaker. The second priority for me would be multiple shadows.

im used to create a bottom border for cells in my designs, and one way i used to do that in sketch is to give inner shadow (X=0 Y=-1 B=0 S=0), but now in XD i have to create another rectangle of 1pt which is fine as a work around, but can be troublesome when resizing cell's height. either way having the option is definitely needed.

I was shocked that the spread settings are still not in the XD.

The lack of this feature is keeping me from switching from Sketch to XD.
I am currently working on a project where I need the elements on the page to look like they glow like neon lights. When I apply a shadow to the elements in XD, because of the lack of the spread feature, I am not able to provide this effect. Sketch has this feature, and XD needs to incorporate it as well.

I am using the workaround suggested by Oliver in this conversation but it would be great if we finally have inset shadow as a feature itself. Pls pls add this feature. :-D
