Export interactive PDF with clickable "PageTo" links
Please add the option to export all artboards of the prototype as a PDF document of many pages, preserving prototype interactivity saving links as PDF internal "pageTo" links (or invisible linkTo rectangles).
So that in this way the prototype can be navigated in the PDF file like on a web page (transitions excluded of course).
This would allow a very efficient "deliverable" design document for the client.

would be a great feature, let me know if this is now possible?

I agree. We need this feature. We can't publish to the cloud at this point either due to internal security concerns and we are a Fortune 500 company. Come on guys, this should be in here!

I work for the largest consultancy firm (i.e. $100B). We cannot migrate to XD until interactive PDF (clicks preserved) is supported because of the reasons stated below, primarily due to security and offline viewing. All our clients are Fortune 50 (not 500). Adobe is missing out on a lot of business and marketshare that Balsamiq possesses until this feature is available.

Rather than a clickable PDF, I'd prefer to be able to export a clickable prototype file that could also demonstrate the scrolling and clickable fixed elements. I agree that publishing to an unknown cloud is problematic. Being able to export a fully functioning clickable prototype would address that concern for large enterprise customers. A clickable PDF would likely look like a hack, as the sticky footer would be static across the bottom of the viewport, blocking the content that sits underneath it.

We don't use XD because of this missing feature.

I Agree with this

This feature is a must. If it were available OOTB adoption of this app would take off. Right now, the cloud based weblink is unnecessarily limiting and honestly, unprofessional. Hopefully this is one of the priority items for elevating the maturity of the app. Look forward to this feature soon? Cheers.

I am actually searching for this feature for security reason. Releasing prototypes on a foreign server is not accepted by many clients. So this feature to me is even more relevant than password protection on cloud based prototype releases.

We use Balsamiq and will not move to XD until you can export to PDF with clickable links working

Just found out how easier it would be to make the PDFs in XD and remembered that there's no interactivity. Only reason not to use it as far as I know atm.

I started using this thinking that it would help me build a new workflow that I could incorporate more the Adobe products into but without PDF interactivity it is a waste of time.
Back to Balsalmiq until the short term, big corporate mindset wins and XD is relegated to just a little side app in which I don't use. Or Adobe accepts that there are many important use cases for an interactive, offline document from this app and that while the cloud is important it is also not a complete solution for prototyping designs. For some projects, the cloud is a much better solution, but where there is any level of privacy or security needed a password protected interactive PDF is the only option.
Flip the switch on this feature sooner rather than later, please. You will, eventually, or this part of the workflow will unfortunately never be captured by Adobe and this great app will be underutilized as well as the market will have one more incomplete competitor. -

A must have feature for the environment I work in. Please allow clickable interactivity to be exported into a single pdf.

We would adopt XD if it supported exporting interactive mockups that we could distribute privately by email to those without the Adobe Suite installed.

I create an annual interactive PDF schedule for a small workshop (it is held in a location with unreliable wifi, so needs to be downloadable). Creating these in INDD is a challenge due to it's non-intuitive buttons/links/etc. Being able to do this in XD, with it's super easy linking would be fantastic! And does not seem like it would clutter anything up (at least from what I can see), mostly would be an export option, seems.

If Balsamiq can, why not Adobe XD?
