Flip vertical/horizontal

I am trying to create icons in XD and want to make sure they are symetrical but there is no flip option in the edit menu.

I tried to use the width, height and coordinates to do this but without guides, or the ability to unlock the ratio this does not work either

    This should take a few hours to implement. And we really need it. Missing basic features forces us to use software like Sketch... and we really want to stick with XD. Please.

    This is a major issue even if it looks small and nothing happens since April 2016. How should I design websites if basic stuff like flipping an object doesn't work at all.

    I'm back to Sketch and Photoshop.

    Is the Adobe XD team like 2 people working from a tiny office, with no sunlight??

    totally agree with this, please add another mirror feature, where users can easily see it and use. This would help us save alot of effort.

    Hmm, this is disappointing. It's been 1 year and 7 months and they still haven't added that feature. I guess when it comes to Adobe they don't really understand the term "soon"...

    Well drag the vertical holders real fast to flip vertical. Works!

    It would be great if there was a transform tool like in all the other Adobe programs where you have the option to reflect (flip object) horizontally and vertically.

    Yep, mirror, mirroring, symmetry, vertical/horizontal reflection, call it as you wish, but that is needed. I'm making prev and next arrows and would appreciate to do the job only once.

    (I'm typing all the terms I searched to reach this thread).
