I Second that !

I love XD for a lot of reasons, but not having the text functionality of InDesign and even Illustrator creates inefficiencies. It costs time and money for our clients when we have to take extra steps to do things manually.

Please make XD LEAN.

Agreed. Working on something and need this feature! You'd think this would be similar code to Illustrator's or InDesign's ability to do this. Wondering why these teams don't work together....

Yes! This would make text inside of a border SO MUCH EASIER from links to whole sections of copy.

This would make layout so much more accurate, especially when designing text that needs to enlarge if a user enlarges their system font (for accessibility).

I would mean text grows from the center outwards. Please implement asap!

Please, please add this one. It's so simple, and wastes a ton of time trying to get button text vertically centered in a button.
