Blend Modes
It would be awesome to have blending modes in the sidebar.

Blending modes are most certainly needed for the workflow. Be it in shapes, images or text. I would say the importance is almost on the same level as the most recent update that brought the ability to "caps" and "strikethrough" and such.
Please implement them.

You need XD to work with blending modes. When you design something in another application such as Illustrator your blending mode should stay as it is especially when designed in RGB, because the design doesn't look the same.
