XD Project Recovery
Hi, I'm developing a project on XD that's very important for my company and personally.
Recently my pc crashed and the online file no longer exists, just screen sharing on the web!
I really need to recover the password for this XD prototype online

shadow problem on presentations
shadows that i did on design doesn't work when presentation though a link sometimes. it is sourced of full screen but these are important and critical errors, why is it doing this? when you will fix this?

allow single user access from a single location
Our management request that they need the assigned users to access their adobe apps from within the company, they don't want them to go home and access their assigned users.

background color
When I open prototype in webbrowser and when I change zoom to 100% (or other) then background color change to "not white". In project in xd background is white #fff. So why background color changed?

Something went wrong. Learn More (Error -1)
One of my files is not letting me update links and I am getting the Error - 1
I've already tried to sign out and close my apps, sign back in and the issue is still happening.
This is only happening to one file.
I tried to make a new file using save as, it worked about 3 times and is now giving me the error again. This is really frustrating.
I do not want to make another file because all the links will change, this is really making me lose a bunch of time. Please help me fix this…

Get benefits from logging in
I'm a developer who received a link. I thought I get acces to inspect the desing when I log in. But nothing...
Just another trick of the marketing assholes to get my email address.PS: Compared to Invsion the whole XD sucks from a web dev perspective.

Note that logging in should give you access to the design spec that was shared with you, as well as allowing you to comment and edit your comments across sessions. Hope that helps!

"Anyone With Password" option is not working properly
For sharing, I choose the "Anyone with Password" option from the "Link Access" combo box. I don't want to retype the password every time and choose one of my saved passwords in the password field. However, the "Create Link" button is not active.
When you delete the last digit in the password and rewrite it, the Create Link button becomes active.
System: MacOS Big Sur 11.1 (20C69)

Fix text objects shifting during animation if they are not a fixed size
Text objects shift (not intended animation) on web prototypes when they are not a fixed size during an animation transition. The text objects however render fine when previewing through the application.

Publish finished document online
It'd be great to be able to publish online like Adobe Indesign does. More clients these days want interactive pdf's, and XD version could be a great next step.

As a guest to leave comment, it happens to not work well. After click continue, nothing happens.

吹き出しマークと数字のみ表示されているが。

Enterprise - Removing invited users
XD has had some problems with not allowing people to access a prototype, even though they're already on the list. Uninviting and re-inviting people is the only solution for now 😐
1 voteAs I mentioned via Twitter DM, you’re probably best off filing a support ticket via the admin console, which should get you a support call with an enterprise support agent. Sorry to hear you’re hitting this!

Full screen to be real full screen
Guys, I can't understand why shared xd link shows such a small window with designed website. It's fine with width but height? It doesn't make sense to crop the height. It looks silly on bigger screens and it's not natural. Browsing pages we got full height view, not small window in the center. Please consider changing the preview mode.

Scrolling is broken
I need to scroll for 15 minutes to reach the bottom of the image: wtf?? Don't you test your website in all common browsers and OS? Why isn't there standard scrollbars to use the website despite its bugs?

Like how we use Marvelapp or Invision to prototype the design properly without being put in shared view.
