Opacity 0% keyboard shortcut
It would be awesome to have a keyboard shortcut to quickly apply 0% opacity to elements.
As an example, I do this often to keep elements on the page and use them as anchor points in prototypes, despite them not being visible. #ghostbutton
Thanks for your time! :)
1 voteAs someone commented, we already have this feature! Closing this as completed.

Affordance to see/change Home Artboard in design mode.
Currently there is no way to know which artboard is the "Home Artboard" outside of Prototype mode, and there's no way of changing it in design mode.
I make a lot of presentations/decks in XD and I don't often use prototype mode. When I share a prototype/deck I assume the first slide is going to be the artboard in the upper left because this the default order for unlinked artboards in XD: left-to-right, top-to-bottom.
I currently don't have any visual indication (in design mode) as to which artboard is my "home artboard." Which means sometimes I don't know that my…
1 voteHome artboards are now marked by flows, so you should be able to identify them in Design mode.

Set Border Radius Value on a Box
When I'm creating a button and want to add 4 px rounded corners to it, instead of guessing what 4px looks and dragging the cursor like I would like to be able to enter that the corners should be 4px in the sidebar near where the height and width are set.
1 voteYou can already do this in the property inspector in the Appearance section. The corner controls are right underneath the opacity controls and above the Fill. Let us know if you need more than this!

Open from your computer
Can we get "Open from your computer" in the mac file menu. It is painful to go have to click twice to open files.
1 voteThis is now in the menu.

key combination grid layout
We need a keyboard shortcut to quickly and easily switch the grid layout on and off
1 voteThanks! There already is one:
On Mac, use main menu: View > Show Layout Grid which shows shortcut: Shift-Cmd-’
On Windows, it’s in the Artboard Context menu: Shift-Ctrl-’

Import Photoshop files in XD projects
Ability to import PSDs into XD projects. Right now we have to Open the PSD, then copy the assets from that new project into the XD project we're working on. It would be a major improvement in workflow if we could simply use the Import feature which is currently limited to JPGs, PNGs, GIFs and SVGs.
This would remove the 2 extra steps of 1) exporting the PSD into a PNG and 2) copying assets from opened PSD into current project.
1 voteYou can now import PSDs into XD files by using Import… If you have any additional feedback, please feel free to file a new ticket!

Have a Convert Point Tool (To Edit Your Paths)
It would be very helpful to have a Convert Point Tool (I believe it's called) where you can edit all of your paths that you created with the actual Pen Tool itself. I know XD is supposed to be much more simple than Illustrator is, but there are some things that a person just needs to learn before he gets into a design and this is one of them. Honestly, the only reason I switched from Ai to Xd is that the overall work experience is a lot better but not having features like this one annoys me very much.
1 voteYou can already convert an anchor point on a path in XD, from straight to curved, or curved to straight. To do so while drawing a new path with the Pen tool, simply double-click on the last point you created. To convert a point on a path you’ve already created, double-click on the path you want to edit with the Select tool, then double-click on any point on the path to convert it.

Вы забыли маски!!! на windows
Вы забыли маски!!! на windows. Куда пропали маски на windows
1 voteMask with Shape already exists! You can access it using the context menu if you have two objects selected, or by pressing Shift+Ctrl+M.

Disable navigation on footer
Hi Guys,
is it possible to deactivate/disable the page-navigation on the Footer from prototype? Clients use this usually as Slide and don't understand the main fonction of XD
1 voteWhen you publish, you can now choose whether or not to show the navigation controls.

Global color swatches across the application
Introduce a feature to Swatches, where you can access all your colours that you've saved in other projects and be able to view them in all projects, similar to Photoshop
1 voteYou can access global colors across documents by publishing a design system through CC Libraries. Hope that helps!

Increase the hit area in the asset panel when in list view
The hit area of an asset is limited to the icon in list view. which is very counter-intuitive please increase the hit area. and I don't think there will be any harm in doing so.
1 voteWe changed this recently so that you can now click anywhere in the list item, not just the icon.

Create mask from default container
I think it would be a great improvement if the current 'mask with shape' feature also worked by using the default container of an image:
- Select image
- Shift + CMD + M
- Image is now masked within it's default container that you can edit
Thanks!
1 voteNote from Randy:
Starting with XD 9, images are already masked with a shape! No need to execute any command.
The shape is a Rectangle with same width and height as image. Double-click in the middle to edit size and position of image fill.
Double-click on border to convert rectangle to a path.

Design Standards for each file
With a consistent design system, I have mapped all the standards we need to use on each project. With that, on XD I'm not able to set those as standards on a file so for an example, each different text element created need to be changed from the standard XD font to the one in my design system.
With that, we would be able not only to document the general standards for the dev team but also would allow us to keep the standards tightly without the chance of forgetting to change something That could work for:
- Standard font (family,…
1 voteWe’ve introduced linked assets, which will enable you to link your entire assets panel from another document. You should be able to define things in one location and reuse them.

Paste above currentyl selected layer instead on top most position
Currently pasting something is always placed on the top most position, that should be changed. Instead pasted elements should always be positioned above the currently selected layer.
Thansk in advance.
1 voteYou can already do this with Duplicate! By default, Duplicate will maintain the Z-order, while Copy/Paste will paste on the top.
Hope this helps!

Edit Symbols
I'd love the ability to edit an existing symbol and have it populate to all instances (ie. Navigations, Headers, Footers, etc.)
This would make editing content and global changes SO much easier.
1 voteSince we launched XD, you’ve been able to edit the symbol by double-clicking into it. Style changes will apply to all instances, and text and bitmap overrides can be propagated to all instances by selecting “Update All Symbols.”
Here’s an article that might help: https://medium.com/@Jonthanjosh/working-with-symbols-in-adobe-xd-6363a999a1d

Paste Appearance command
Paste Appearance command should also work on folders. Lets say I have some multilayered flat logo 'A' in 'Folder A' and I want to past the attributes on all layers inside. It will be great. Currently I have to select all layers seperately.
1 voteWe were missing the ability to apply styles to groups before. Now that we can, you can paste appearance, and it will be applied to groups!

Copy one element and paste it in multiple views
I'd like to be able to copy one element (i.e: a top navigation bar) to multiple views by copying the element, selecting all relevant views, and pressing cmd + V.
1 voteYou can now paste to multiple artboards! Simply copy your object from one artboard, multi-select artboards, and then press Cmd+V – your object will then copy across all selected artboards!
