See others' cursors while coediting
It would be great esp. in a larger file to see where my teammate(s) is working. I realize there is presence but the colored stroke is hard to find at times.
Ideas:
• A cursor icon of where they are in the doc (even if they are not selecting an object) or perhaps greyed out while they are working on something.
• The ability to click on their profile icon to be directed to where they are
This could be great if you are on a call with a designer elsewhere to pinpoint whatever they are working on.
Thanks for your feedback! Live cursors are available in this week’s release of XD40. Enjoy!

XD's coediting needs some serious work. Collaborating with other teammates on the same file is next to impossible. We'll get errors or endless loading screens 9 times out of 10.
Here are some suggestions to improve XD's collaborative features:
1. Push all XD updates automatically. That way every teammate has the most up-to-date XD version and can connect to the file seamlessly. We run into so many issues of teammates with older versions of XD and/or can't update because they don't use Creative Cloud. What's the point of all of this anyway? Having to re-sync and re-share also just hinders the experience completely. Just update XD automatically like Figma does so anyone can have access to it with no issues.
2. When viewing a file in real-time, each collaborator should have their own colored cursors so we know exactly where they are in the file. Current method of having to select an artboard and then track down which artboard is selected is time consuming. Again, Figma does this marvellously.
3. And of course, XD Web is a no-brainer, and I hope to see this in the near future. As a collaborator, you shouldn't have to be forced to download XD to view the designs. It's a little silly to design in one place, but share in another–with comments being completely separate.
Thanks!
